A but loud from nearby clubs till 10pm weeknights and 1:30am weekend nights. Good location to bars, restaurants, atms. 30K bif taxi to the lake. Good breakfast, great staff.
Hug oroblem though is they locked the door at midnight so it is difficult or impossible to get back in or leave again if you want to be out past that time.

I had at least $1,000 stolen from my hotel room by the cleaning staff. They steal your dollars and then exchange them for counterfeit money to put back in your pocket. 🌝🌝🌝 The hotel was nice, but the behavior of some hotel staff was unacceptable. Oh well, consider it a lesson learned. I left my money in the room, giving them the opportunity.

Excellent "price performer" for my visit to Bujumbura as a solo traveler. Clean, and the staff members were friendly and accommodating. I ate at the hotel's restaurant, and it was a good experience.

This was such an amazing find right in the city center. Comfortable bed, comfortable pillow, nice bathroom, looks like the place was recently renovated inside. Great location. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. And really good value for the price.

Clean room, spacious enough and well located. Staff were outstanding . Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that is a spoiler is also an advantage. HOTEL is in the heart of Bujumbura where everything you need is at walking distance. However, this comes with bars and churches(noise). This could not stop you book these rooms as the pros outweigh the cons by a tonne . I strongly recommend Hotel Hibiscus for their service . Thank you again for all the staff that contribute in my enjoyable holiday.
