Stay away from this hotel! The location of the hotel is different from what *********** shows you: not in the center of town, but far outside without infrastructure and only expensive taxis. The a/c in most rooms does not work, I had to change the room 3 times. One is very moldy, the mosquito net has only holes and is too small for the bed. I wanted to pay in the local currency, because my card did not work in Burundi. Neither *********** nor the hotel told me before arrival that I can not pay in local currency. Jay, one of the owners, insisted on USdollars. He threatened me, " if you do not pay in USdollars, you will miss your flight tomorrow..." It took me a whole day at the bank to get some cash advance in USdollars from home. .. Stay away!
