"I highly recommend this hotel! It's simply amazing! After all my travels, I've rarely stayed in a hotel that felt so comfortable and relaxing. The hotel is new, so it looks incredibly clean and upscale. We arrived early that day, and while we were waiting to check in in the lobby, the staff offered us a fruit plate, plum soup, and hot towels. Their courtesy and politeness were truly a positive first impression. The room was also spotless, with no stains or scale on the shower head, faucet, or in the crevices of the sink, which was another compliment. The staff soon brought another fruit plate, hahaha. There was also free water and drinks in the refrigerator. The room was also very conveniently equipped with smart technology. There was also a small balcony, which was incredibly hot in Chengdu, so I could sit out there and enjoy a cup of tea and chat. The breakfast was also customizable, and the flavors were perfect for someone like me from the south. Best of all, since we didn't wake up that early, we were able to arrange breakfast delivery to our room in advance. And, amazingly, it was delivered right on time, and they were very discreet to avoid waking my family! Wow! This polite gesture really touched me! The hotel even offered laundry service! Doing laundry for a family is such a hassle when we're away from home, but I was surprised by the thoughtful service. I handed my dirty clothes to the staff, told them what time they'd be delivered to my room, and then they'd pick them up dry at that time. Best of all, they even folded my clothes for me! I absolutely loved this amazing service! As for the location, I think it's quite convenient. A taxi to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li takes about ten minutes, and even faster when there's no traffic. Also, I thought they'd only provided a fruit plate on the first day, but they delivered another one before I checked out on the second day. When we checked out, they gave me a stuffed animal and helped with our luggage. It was so nice that I really wanted to stay two more nights, but unfortunately, my schedule was tight and I had to leave. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay here! I was completely satisfied! I hope this hotel can maintain this level of attentive and thoughtful service. After all, in today's climate, besides cleanliness and location, service attitude and operations are truly crucial to running a successful hotel. I'll definitely come back someday! I hope it won't be long before I stay at your hotel again, haha! Thank you to every staff member who served us; I was so impressed!
