"Rating: 3.5 out of 5 ★★★☆☆ I stayed at this hotel for two nights. My main advice to future guests is to manage your expectations. It's an okay place if you just need a basic room for the night, but there are significant issues with the service and the description that led me to lower my rating. Pros: * **Food and Amenities:** The breakfasts were substantial, and the complimentary tea, coffee, and drinking water were a nice bonus. * **Room Facilities:** The room had all the essentials – slippers, a set of towels, and toiletries. * **Terrace:** The excellent rooftop terrace is definitely a plus for this hotel. Cons and Discrepancies: * **Inaccurate Description:** The description claims the hotel is built into a rock, which is completely untrue. * **Communication Problems:** Despite the description stating there's Russian-speaking staff at reception, there wasn't any. * **24-Hour Reception:** The reception is advertised as 24-hour, but when I messaged at 9 PM the night before to inquire about an early check-in, I didn't get a response until 7 AM the next morning. This meant I had a long wait after a tiring journey. If I had known early check-in wasn't an option, I would have simply departed later. * **Cleaning Quality:** On the second day, the cleaning was very sloppy: the beds weren't made, and while used towels were taken, no clean ones were provided in their place – I had to go to reception myself to get them. Regarding location, I'd recommend staying in the neighboring town of Göreme; I found it more interesting there, but the choice is yours. If you do decide to stay here, I'll attach the current bus schedule for your convenience. **In summary:** This is strictly an option for 'one or two nights without high expectations.' If you just need a place to sleep and a hearty breakfast, it will do. However, there's clearly a lot of room for improvement in both the service and the accuracy of information on booking sites."

"Amazing hotel, spacious room with all the detailed equipment. The owner is lovely and super friendly, always willing to help with any questions, best example of Turky hospitalit (ps: the air balloon price they offer is really good; we were able to book the cheapest among our air balloon group, and the company is reliable too! Definitely a bonus during the whole trip). The breakfast is delicious with lots of options, must try! Overall, 120/100🥰 Definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you come to Göreme!"

"I have a wonderful experience at Sah Saray. The staff members were very nice and helpful. They offered to help book local tours and would even help follow up tours even if you do not book via them. Room is nice and clean, a combination of modern and ancient time. I am satisfied with the air conditioning and ventilation. Service was superb snd efficient too. I gave them a call and room service arrived in like a minute. Breakfast time is 8 am to 10am and they offered 3 options. Can sit outdoor if you mind the sun. A box of Halvah was given to us upon departure. Sugar and oil free. A token of joy and togetherness. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends."
