Broken toilet with sewage leaking onto the ground, reception unwilling to do anything about it citing reasons such as not having rooms to change. Found another room to book within the same place after the conversation. Photo of towel on the ground with sewage water that was already in toilet before use.

The location of the hotel is very good since it is very close to the Termini station. Facilities were okay. Air conditioning was working. The only problem for me was the cleanliness of the room. It was very dusty and there was some leftover thing in the drawer. I can recommend this place for 1 or 2 night stay. If you plan to stay more or will be inside during the day,you can choose another place. Overall, it was good.

The hotel is not bad, great location, behind Termine station, the room was cleaned every day, great for a short stay, the reception staff were nice and helpful, it was worth the cost and benefit, I would definitely go back. Just one detail: they could remove the trash cans that are in front of the hotel, as the building is being renovated there is also rubbish, but nothing that would interfere with the stay. Note: I have visited Rome 3 times, it has been better, you have to be careful in the area, there are a lot of pickpockets.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! This is a very bad hotel. It is under renovation and still in business. The photos are far from reality. The room is smelly, the roof is leaking, and there is a trash can under the window. C_trip should not recommend such a bad hotel to customers. Terriable! Very bad place, be careful when booking. The advantage is that it is very close to the train station, which is very convenient. But the hotel is inside a residential building, very small, no elevator, poor sound insulation and hygiene, there are bugs and many stains and moldy places, the price is too expensive, it is really shocking, I suggest not to book it.

The hotel is close to Roma Termini Station, with convenient transportation. The surrounding environment is not good, and the room hygiene is acceptable.

We were very disappointed at 4:30 p.m. our room was not made, we had to wait to settle in. In addition, on a daily basis there was a lack of bath towels. Contrary to the photos and the arguments, it was impossible to have breakfast. Not to mention the TV which was not connected to any channel. Impossible to converse with the receptionist who only speaks his language. I do not recommend this hotel, moreover the area is very unreassuring .... we had to move our vehicle to a paid parking lot.

The guy at the reception was very rude. We had booked a room with 2 beds and he told us that if we wanted that room we would have to pay 60€ more. Thank goodness Trip didn't help because the guy at the reception was very rude to us.

This is a shady place, absolutely a shady place. The room is like a prison, the bedding is full of odor, the air conditioner is broken and it is as hot as a sauna all night. How can this hotel be recommended?

Hotel very well located, 4 minutes walk from the termini, 15 minutes from the coliseum, the cleanliness of the room and the place were excellent.
