Just needed a place to sleep to catch early morning train. Very easy to get to and a little outside the chaos surrounding Termini station. Room was small but functional and everything worked until the water was shut off in the afternoon. Thankfully I had showered just after checking in, but there was not notice and no indication of when it was coming back. It was still off when I checked out. There was a smell like sewer gas coming from the bathroom, so I kept door closed while sleeping. Suspect it was from the shower drain in the floor.

It is a 2-star hotel but very well kept, very clean and tidy, you can see that they care about this aspect. We were received very well and with kindness, which is not negligible. Our room was very clean and also quite large, comfortable bed as well as the services: presence of air conditioning, flat screen TV and lots of space where you can put your stuff. We will be back.

Very close to the station. Dilapidated hotel, smelly and neglected rooms. Almost impossible to sleep in it due to smells and loud noises. Bad service. They also got our reservation wrong.
