Family trip. Pleasant stay and the staff were helpful and attentive to customer needs. The hotel is strategically located, just a few minutes from the main monuments.

My daughter booked the Hotel Palazzo Manfredi – The Leading Hotels of the World for her independent trip to Italy 🇮🇹. It's located in the old city, which is great because she could come back to the hotel for a rest midday after exploring and then head out again in the afternoon. The Western breakfast was also pretty decent! 😌

The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost.

Located opposite the US Consulate, it's safer and more convenient than other areas. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway, and there are many worthwhile museums and restaurants nearby. Staying in the Executive Suite, I was treated to a stunning corner terrace. Although the hotel is older, it's well-maintained and doesn't feel particularly dated. The Executive Suite is priced similarly to other standard hotel rooms, but the experience is far superior. Personally, I think it offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended.

I couldn't go to Rome to stay in the hotel because of visa issues, so I applied for cancellation, but the hotel refused to agree. I applied for special reasons, but they still refused to cancel. Is it also not possible for irreversible reasons?

The air conditioner in the room is noisy. Although there is a large balcony on the top floor, the roof is sloping.

There is nothing except towels and soap. There is no bathtub in this room type, and the floor is also mottled. Entering the room, the feeling of Rome dropped to the freezing point. The air conditioner was very noisy on the first night, and I couldn't sleep at all. The next day, I decisively changed the room. The attitude of the front desk manager was okay. I changed to a room on a lower floor. There was a smell of floor drain, but because the air conditioner was a little quieter, I still stayed. The facilities and equipment in the room are really too ordinary without any texture. The only good thing is that the breakfast environment is not bad, but the waiter is also very mechanical.

Central area, close to the historic park, a large green space + museum. The service is good, but the facilities are a bit old. The top floor loft is a bit depressing because it is on a slope. The room did not provide coffee and tea bags for 2 consecutive days, and it was immediately replenished after reminder. There is a free hot spring bath, which needs to be booked in advance, but it is only warm water.
