Hotel Roma Tor Vergata Reviews

The hotel is good overall, but the staff could improve their customer support. It would be helpful if they provided basic amenities such as a microwave and phone chargers for guests to use, instead of charging a rental fee for them. Other than that, my stay was pleasant.

I had a tramendously experience in Roma,I was amazed at the history about Roma.The hotel is very quiet and clean.

It was really comfortable room and not too far to station! Also there were so many options to choose from, and everything was delicious!!

The room is clean and comfortable. The meals provided are well-cooked. The stay is quiet and peaceful and near the metro.

The hotel has a parking lot, which is very convenient. It's also super easy to get around with a subway station nearby!

We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is also fairly close to the train station which worked well for our family for visiting Rome.

Second time we have stayed here and it was lovely. A little dated in places but clean and the staff were friendly. Especially the staff in the upstairs restaurant. Kettles were available at reception but required a security deposit which although small, needed to be paid in cash, which we didn’t have and it would have been nice to have known this ahead of our stay. Overall really pleased with our stay and would absolutely come back again.

Ok room but it had dirty/scratched walls and shoe prints. Pretty easy to get into city centre by public transport. Service staff were nice but we could've used the bar staff to be a bit more responsive.

The administration of this hotel denied any refund because we couldn't flight due to a medical emergency. Even that we demonstrated that, they just didn't care

This hotel is quite far from the city center, located in the suburbs of Rome, about a 30-minute journey to get downtown. The area around the hotel also has some hygiene issues. I wouldn't really recommend staying here.

It is too far from city center and not easy to access metro for the first time non-italian speaking traveller from the airport and stuff . A Long commute to manage especially during the night. The breakfast is average quality for its price and can't expect more.

As a first-time Ctrip customer, I feel like my 'super VIP' status is pointless. They messed up my flight dates, and even though it wasn't my check-in day yet, I just wanted the hotel to change the dates. The hotel was very strict and refused to change them. I'm really disappointed with both the hotel and Ctrip. I've used Ctrip frequently for business trips every year, but now I don't want to use it anymore.

The hotel's service and environment are decent, but the Wi-Fi is practically non-existent.

This hotel is very far from city center (line C work only to 21:00 evening, we have to go on the bus MC - 1,5h from center) the room looked like as photo, but all was really old and need to rennovation :( this hotel have nice balcony’s , pool, breakfast, and nice price 😜
