This awful hotel keeps pestering me for a review. I paid 5000 for three nights, and it's on par with a 50-yuan-a-day hotel in China. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The room is so small you can't even open a suitcase. There's a layer of dust everywhere, and no bottled water. The tap water for washing tasted sour when I brushed my teeth. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, and the faucet looks like it's never been cleaned. Room Santa Maria Maggiore truly disgusted me. Since you like reviews, I'll give you some real feedback.

The entrance to the facility was a bit hard to find; you have to go through a restaurant to get to the elevator, and the receptionist was sitting at a makeshift table in front of that elevator! Every time I went in or out, I had to pass through the restaurant. The staff there always greeted me with a smile, but it felt a little awkward. Lol. ★ What I liked: ・Very close to Termini Station. ・The room was spacious, with plenty of room to open a large suitcase. ・There was a simple mini-bar with cups and a refrigerator. ・There was a full-length mirror. ・The hairdryer wasn't a wall-mounted type, but a proper one with decent airflow! (I think it was Vidal Sassoon? Quite important!) ・There were lockers in the hotel's basement that could fit large suitcases! And they were free!! (I was able to leave my luggage there on check-out day and go out until the evening, which was super convenient!) ☆ What I found a little disappointing: ・The hallway from the elevator to the room was very narrow (but still manageable). ・The shower room was also extremely small lol (I wonder if a large person would fit...?). ・I wished there were tissues in the room (a minor inconvenience). --- Overall, it was very convenient and good, so I would definitely want to use it again if I visit Rome! 🌸🌸

Looking for a place to stay on our last night back from a small southern town, this hotel's location is indeed very convenient, only about 4 minutes from the train station. The hotel is quite clean and looks exactly like the photos. The air conditioning was strong and cool. However, the biggest issue was the lack of hot water! I discovered there was no hot water for a shower at 10:30 PM and immediately informed the front desk. They said there was nothing they could do and that someone would fix it the next day. They didn't even consider offering me a different room. I was only staying one night, how could I wait until tomorrow for repairs? Besides, I had already spent 8 hours on a long-distance train today and just wanted to rest quickly as I was flying back home tomorrow. In the end, I summoned my willpower and forced myself to take a super-fast cold shower. Afterward, my whole body was trembling and I felt very uncomfortable. The front desk only offered to compensate me with breakfast the next morning, but honestly, that breakfast was so unappetizing I couldn't even eat it. I strongly advise couples or tourists with children to absolutely, absolutely avoid booking this hotel. Otherwise, it will ruin your entire trip, affect family harmony, and ultimately leave you suffering. I might as well have booked a youth hostel; at least I would have had hot water there. Now I've even caught a bit of a cold and cough. I had seen reviews before and thought the hot water issue was isolated, but it really happened to me too. In conclusion, for this price, getting this kind of treatment is absolutely ***terrible.

First off, the location is unbeatable. It's incredibly close to Termini Station, which made going to the supermarket easy, and we could also catch the Big Bus tour from there. The area might seem a little sketchy, but that actually means there are always soldiers and police officers around the station. For some reason, there's even a tank... Inside the building, there's an elevator. While not huge, the room easily fit two suitcases on the bed, and the bathroom wasn't cramped either. It seemed like the place had been renovated because the interior was spotless, so we had a perfectly comfortable stay. However, since it's a very busy area, it can be noisy even at night, so I'd recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Before arriving, I read many reviews about a lady with red hair and glasses. I actually met her, and luckily, she was very kind to us. She even took out a map and recommended many places and restaurants in Rome. In the end, we added each other on WeChat, and she sent us some English recommendations. Since we didn't have any issues with our room these past few days, we didn't need to contact the front desk for assistance. It's true that you have to walk through the restaurant to get to the hotel elevator, but it's acceptable. The breakfast was also good, a fixed set menu, and the restaurant staff were very polite. The location is excellent; you don't have to worry about being late for your train. However, the shower stall in the room was quite small.

Great location, just a 2-3 minute walk from Termini Station, with many restaurants nearby. The room was newly renovated and very comfortable, and the facilities were also brand new. There are self-service lockers for luggage storage, and a washer and dryer available, though I'd recommend offering laundry detergent for a fee. I'd also suggest putting a more prominent sign at the main entrance, and some directional signs inside. Moving the reception desk to a corner would look more professional, or perhaps having a sign and relocating it to the basement.

With the main station within walking distance, access to tourist attractions was excellent! My flight was late at night, so I checked in after midnight, but the process was smooth.

This was a wonderful hotel and I had a very comfortable stay! The staff were kind, the premises were clean, and the room was cozy. The location was also convenient and perfect for sightseeing. It's a hotel I'd love to stay at again! However, the attitude of one of the female staff members at the front desk was poor.

This hotel was great! It's super close to Roma Termini Station, but the room was still quiet, clean, and spacious. The furniture was stylish and lovely too. Even though we booked a room-only plan, coffee and tea were provided. What I appreciated most was that they used LINE to recommend breakfast and dinner spots. The lady at the reception was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you! It was a short stay, but the value for money was unbeatable. I highly recommend it!
