Great stay , around the corner from the Trevi fountains and just down the road from all the main attractions

We are staying at room 104,  Towel Warmer on the bath room doesnt work, the service man cant resolve and Hotel never offer or replace the room

Location is superb. 30 seconds to the Trevi fountain. House keeping clean the room every day. Staff are friendly. Would recommend and stay here again.

Staying in an 18th century hotel was a historically and culturally beautiful experience. The hotel rooms were modern and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The location is 1 minute away from the magnificent Trevi Fountain. It was an extremely happy experience for us.

Super nice location... next to trevi fountain and everyone was super nice, the only bad thing is that they were remodeling the hotel.

The hotel's location is good. However, the receptionists speak to people in a scolding manner. They have an attitude of "I don't want to answer your questions." The breakfast is good.

This is terrible! I've never given a hotel a bad review, but I can't help it. First, we were traveling from Florence to Rome and booked this hotel because of its location. However, the two men at the front desk were incredibly arrogant and indifferent. The friendly service at several other Florence hotels was nothing compared to the usual friendly service. I've never seen a hotel with such terrible electronic locks. The card we were given wouldn't open the door. A black guy at the front desk had to swipe his master card to open the door. We had to pass him every time we entered or left, which was incredibly troublesome! It also felt like our privacy was being violated, as if we were being spied on! We stayed for three days without any compensation (we were unfamiliar with the place, couldn't speak the language very well, and had a lot of luggage, so we didn't consider checking out and changing hotels). We argued for a long time at the front desk about the room card. At six o'clock in the morning on our first day, the man with the black and white beard who had been arguing with us for a long time actually called our hotel room without us ordering room service. I asked him what was going on in English, and he spoke a lot in Italian, pretending not to understand English (but he did!). I was really annoyed to be woken up so early in the morning. I even saw a centipede in the room on the day of check-out. In short, it was rubbish. I will definitely avoid it next time I go to Rome.

Top location, everything close by and within walking distance. The structure can be improved and needs to be renovated, such as the old elevator, the broken shutter in my room, the lack of a bidet is unacceptable in Italy, the heat in the rooms despite having turned off the radiator and above all the soundproofing as I was constantly woken up by the phone of the neighbor in the room, by the toilet flushing, by customers returning to their rooms... basic breakfast but with good products.

Very good stay! The location of the hotel, incredible, just a few steps from the Trevi Fountain. The breakfast is also another great plus! Super complete, varied and with quality food. The attention from all the staff was very good and the facilities were also good! Recommended, we would love to come back!

The best thing was the location, right next to the Treviño Fountain. We loved seeing it every day; you never tire of it. The first two days we slept wonderfully, but on the third, a very noisy family stayed in the room next door, which kept us awake all night. The walls must be very thin, because we could hear them as if they were in our room.

The hotel room is very small and it is an old building. The facilities are average. The hotel breakfast does not have many varieties, but the quality is OK. The hotel is in a good location, close to the attractions in Rome (the Colosseum is a little far, but you can walk there).

The hotel is located more than centrally, walking to almost all destinations in Rome The hotel is undergoing renovation work, but it is well set up and does not bother you. The hallways are unfinished and the rooms fit perfectly. They are quite small rooms. Ideal to sleep, shower, watch TV for a few minutes and rest. The breakfast area is correct, in my opinion it is consistent with a 3 star, there is a lot of staff and many places to have breakfast. This area has many nooks and crannies to a board game area.

The hotel is very old, there is no charging port next to the bed, and the breakfast has few varieties. The only advantage is that the location is good, very close to the Trevi Fountain. Other attractions are also within a 15-minute walk. The only one far away is the Colosseum, which can be reached in 25 minutes, and it is a straight line, very easy to walk
