Con: Basic and dated. Some stains in the bathtub. Room AC very noisy. No onsite shop or restaurant. Pro: Good to have a fridge in the room. Balcony

Good for nearby meeting venue otherwise a very basic hotel - dated facility, simple breakfast and indifferent front desk. AC very noisy and the bar/resort next door often holds party till midnight over summer weekends.

The front desk was nice to let us get into our room early by over an hour. Happily surprised that it’s a 2-bedroom accommodation with a kitchen. We didn’t use the kitchen. There is a bus station right in front of the hotel and the bus runs late into midnight commuting to the metro station in the city of Rome. Breakfast area is clean and foods are okay, very nice breakfast staff. The hotel is relatively valuable compared to staying in a small hotel room near Roma Termini

For the price, this is a very good hotel. The location is good, with only one 1 euro ticket from trenitalia you can reach to the city center. Also there is a bus station near the hotel which I do not recommend due to long trip to the city center. The room was clean and honestly very big. There was kettle, microwave, refrigerator in the room. The hotel seems a little bit old so this means you should not expect a luxury hotel. It is a very good mid level hotel (for me cleanness and location was the most important) The only negative point which I faced was the first behaviour of the reception guys... All I can say is that it was not friendly... It was not bad but it could be more friendly. And regarding the breakfast, it is a very normal and limited breakfast. I believe if it is included in your reservation, it is ok, but if you want to purchase it separately from your reservation, it does not worth. It is very very limited. Also the location of the breakfast room is very small. In general it is a good hotel for the price.

First impression was not good. Not as expected. But it is ok.

The room was quite large, but the facilities were too old. The main problem was the terrible smell; it woke me up at night. The location was okay, a little remote, but close to the airport. Breakfast was limited, feeling more like a family-run place. Overall, it was alright, just incredibly smelly.

Very bad hotel, don't book this hotel. The sanitary environment is very poor. I don't even want to stand in the bathtub. Dirt can be seen everywhere. The faucet is also broken. It can't be tightened at all. It keeps leaking and making noises! There are many mosquitoes in the room, and the walls are full of mosquito corpses. It's disgusting! The attitude of the front desk staff is very bad. He just asked us to print two boarding passes, and then he started to educate us about his studio front desk instead of printing... The faucet was broken and the air conditioner sounded like a tractor. There was a party at the pool next to the hotel in the middle of the night, but the hotel said it had no control over it. It was obvious that it was a one-time business and they didn't expect anyone to go a second time.

The room is relatively large for a hotel in Rome, and public transportation to the airport is also convenient. The only problem is that the check-in time must be after 2pm, which is not friendly.
