We spent 5 nights in September in this very new, not quite finished hotel. You are almost directly at Termini train station, so getting to and from the airport is very easy. However, it is a bit of a walk to the interesting part of the city. In the evening we didn't feel comfortable with the area and preferred to take a taxi instead of a bus or train. All the staff are fantastic and very friendly. We were allowed to store our suitcases until our rooms were ready and this was also possible after we checked out until we left. There is no breakfast room yet. In the lobby there is a small coffee corner with pastries that you can help yourself to for free. There isn't a bar yet either, but it's still coming. The rooms are sufficiently large and quite simple. There is a fridge with two bottles of water and a safe. The room is very bright with enough lamps and the windows can be opened. The air conditioning also works really well. All areas were always clean, although towels were not changed during the entire stay. Our only criticism concerns the bathroom. It's very narrow, the door couldn't close properly and the toilet seat was way too big for us. Unfortunately, the shower also caused us problems as it suddenly became boiling hot several times in the middle of the shower process. We find the glass door of the bathroom disadvantageous because as soon as someone has to go to the toilet at night, it lights up the whole room. Unfortunately, this is the case with more and more hotels. Looks great, but is impractical. Furthermore, there were unfortunately no cups in which you could put your toothbrush. Sleep quality was average. The street in front of the hotel was very loud and there are a few bars nearby. You can close the window, but then you have the air conditioning noise instead. The walls to the other rooms also seemed quite thin as you could hear a lot from next door and above. All in all, the hotel really has potential. Maybe we'll come back again when everything is finished.
