Close to the train station comfortable. Woke me up early to tell me I had no hot water. Waited until 10.30am had to check out no hot water and they didn't care. Luckily I could have a shower at the airport. Very disappointing since I paid for a triple room for one person

Let's eat. I had booked two nights for December 24th-26th. After a long trip, I visited our hotel on the 24th morning to leave my luggage in preparation for exploring Rome. Since I had made a reservation, I kept my friend's passport and handed it in at the front desk along with the check-in documents, but in the split second I lost my entire bag containing valuables. After a long journey, I could say that I let my guard down by arriving at the front desk of the hotel, but even a thief can stay at the front desk, and it seems like the thief will take the opportunity to take out his passport and hand it in. It is certain that they have good security. Of course, other customers also left their luggage on the same floor before heading out. The surveillance cameras only cover the front side of the hotel, and of course there are no security guards. Of course, the hotel staff didn't join me in looking for the culprit, and I was just looking at my computer, so I was determined to go to the police. I reported it to the police and searched for the whole day, but of course they couldn't find it, and I lost all my valuables except my passport, cell phone, and wallet, and I never recovered. In such a situation, when I returned to the hotel, the room was also a nightmare. First of all, the hand washing area doesn't flush. And the strong odor was due to a clogged water supply, giving off a terrible smell. When I lifted the futon again, it was unbelievably dirty. As a result, even though I asked the front desk to fix the clogged water supply, they said OK, but I didn't hear from them for over an hour. I told them again and they said they would contact the water company tomorrow. Other people mentioned the smell in the room at 520, so I'm pretty sure it's a culprit. I couldn't bear to pay a certain amount of money and be taken in by someone else's dirty tricks, so I insisted that I should not give in, and they gave me two rooms for two. It was even more ironic that the room was comfortable. It made me even sadder to think that even though there were such comfortable rooms, four students like us thought we could make money even in a trash room if we decided to do something wrong. Moreover, it will not end like this. We had planned to stay for 2 nights, so on the 24th, the first night, we had to change to 2 double rooms due to some clumsiness on the other side, but on the 25th, we were told that they would prepare a clean room for 4 people, so we moved them in the morning. They said they would arrange for it to be done. We were tired of leaving our luggage in the lobby where thieves were prowling, so on the morning of the 25th, we told them that we would move all our luggage to a new four-person room before heading out. Since I had made plans since the morning, I asked three times if they would actually have a room ready in the morning. OK.Sure was a nice thing to say, but the room was not ready until 1pm the next day, and I ended up missing the morning of my second day in Rome. From then until check-out time, I didn't hear a single word of "sorry" in my ears. This is such a hotel. Of course, it was my fault for choosing this hotel because I was longing for Rome for Christmas, but I felt frustrated because I couldn't find anything to do with it, so I wrote a detailed review of the facts. If you are thinking of choosing this hotel, please take the above into account and prepare accordingly. My stay at the hotel taught me that price and location don't matter. If you have not yet decided where to stay, we strongly recommend that you look at other hotels as there are still ways to avoid this. The cost of studying was too high. Very good, convenient for travel

It's very close to the Termini train station. The surrounding area is very messy at night. I dare not go out. I just need to sleep and leave quickly.
