I had read so many bad reviews that I thought my experience would be the same. But to my surprise, when I entered the room, it smelled pleasant, was clean, had no bed bugs, and even had a nice atmosphere. The location is great, close to the metro and attractions. The area itself is quiet; no matter how late I returned, I never felt unsafe or scared. Overall, I recommend it.

We stayed at the Raeli Hotel Florida last week. Rooms are basic but was perfect for us as we spent most of the day out in Rome. The bed was very comfortable. Great location, 5 minute walk from Roma Termini. Bars and restaurants near by. Staff were all friendly.

The location of the hotel and breakfast are the best of this property. About the room, beds should changed and should dye the walls. Price/Performance 👍

the position is central and comfortable, the area is a bit of a mix between immigrants and public offices. There was an internet disruption at some point, not ideal if you come here for work. The staff was generally helpful

Excellent service and good location

The staff's attitude was so poor that it could not be called a 3-star hotel, and the operation lacked proper handover and system. The room cleanliness was very poor, and the refrigerator constantly emitted condensation and odors. The worst part was the bathroom/toilet; the drainage was a mess, so the water wouldn't drain at all. While showering, the water in the tub would slosh up to my calves, and it would only drain long after I finished. There was no curtain, and the bathroom floor in front of the bathtub was completely clogged. Uncleaned dust and filth floated up and splattered in every spot where the water had passed, making it incredibly dirty and squishy. I had to get my feet wet every time I went in to use the toilet. It was extremely unsanitary, and there was a high risk of slipping. Regarding our belongings, items were found missing after the door was opened without permission. The staff only responded with answers like, "I know nothing about it, so I can't help," resulting in a continuous series of unprofessional and untrustworthy responses that I have never experienced at any other hotel! Oh, and the fact that gnats kept appearing in the room no matter how many I caught is further proof of this terrible hygiene condition.

Very friendly staff. The room matched the description. Clean, but some materials were worn (bathtub, curtains, etc.). There was a lack of ID check when requesting the room key at reception. No staff were there to verify that luggage retrieved from the storage room belonged to the guests who had left it. Anyone could take luggage that didn't belong to them.

Excellent for cleanliness and helpfulness of staff

The Hotel Floridia in Rome scores highly with its central location, good breakfast, and decent service. Unfortunately, the rooms are noticeably dated, the shower is impractically designed, and when the air conditioning is on, you can hear an annoying humming noise from behind the TV cabinet.

The room was awful, the air conditioner was broken, and the room only had a very small window facing the corridor. It was hot as a steamer in summer. The bathroom was the worst, there was no dry and wet separation, and there was not even a shower curtain. When taking a shower, the floor was full of water and it was easy to slip. The hair dryer was an antique from an unknown era, the wind was very weak, and the water pressure was unstable, often hot and cold, and even out of water. It was so annoying. The facilities of this hotel are too bad.

A good hotel for its price category, convenient location - about 10 minutes walk from Termini station, 25-30 minutes walk to the center. There is a bus stop nearby. Breakfast is good. There is a luggage storage room. I arrived early in the morning, and check-in was from 14:00. I just arrived at the hotel at 8, left my luggage and went for a walk. I returned only late in the evening and checked into my room. The single room itself is small, but clean, the bathroom is clean, almost new, everything worked perfectly, there are enough towels. Price quality matches.

A wonderful two-room suite with an excellent bathroom. Magnificent view from the room of Villa Borghese. Quiet, clean, cleaning every day. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, glasses and glasses in the room. There is wine and soft drinks in the refrigerator. Corsa Street and many attractions are within walking distance. Breakfast is the usual... cheese, eggs, cold cuts, cereal, pastries. All products are fresh and very tasty. Coffee, tea and juices, milk, jams, butter are present. Our room was 306. The rest of the rooms are small.
