Bath tab has mold, water was leaking, my room was small with no day light (inner court yard view). Location is really great, walking distance to all historic places. Their online check in does not work.

Absolutely disgusting! They call it luxury suit but your view is rubbish bags and bin yard! Laughed at when asked for pillows because only 2 were on the bed! States there is spa and jacuzzi but apparently not available to people who book these rooms! No tea or coffee available either. No one was here when we tried to check in and didn’t answer the phones…had to walk around Rome at 10pm at night trying to find somewhere to sleep to be told the next day that we were lying about ringing even when showing them proof on our call log list! Reception apparently leaves at 3pm so u have a number to ring but no one will answer! Rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and disrespectful attitude from the staff! Would never stay at this hotel and would advise anyone looking to 100% book elsewhere,

Location location location!!! This boutique hotel is in the best possible location in Rome. You can walk to almost every tourist attraction. Also, aweseome carrefour express grocery store with deli- Gelato restaurant downstairs, two excellent fast pizza restaurants and one fast food past restaurant in the same block. An awesome church across the street. But our room did have a couple of issues the vent/air system did not work and the hot water was inconsistent and generally not warm enough. Room can use modern USB charging ports, etc - but the high ceilings were great. Nice receptionist 9 am to 3 pm. Front/Main door to building is hard to operate. Location more than makes up for some of the negatives.

Found this on *********** And the price at the time. The guy in reception was fantastic. The whole bulding is stunning its old and kept in great condition and working progress.... we had a huge room with a window but we couldnt really look out it was huge. I missed a balcony. Lovely ceiling 6 meter high. Big Tv and lots of channels. Jacuzzi but it didnt work. The bed was wonderful not hard not to soft. Just great! Coffee pods are available at a price tag at this "luxury home" and the price is.. we think about € 1.50 we got 4 pods for free (i guess) due to some ants all over our bathroom floor AND because the cleaning lady forgot to clean the bathroom. So it was pee on the toilet seat, not so nice. when that happends i started to wonder what more she "missed". Nobody offered somekind of discount or compensation for this. But maybe it was the 4 coffee pods. :-) Enough about that! Its a great location! And we do recommend it!

Would not stay here. This hotel took the full cost of my trip from my account plus city tax without my consent or knowledge a full 3 months before my arrival. Despite it being free cancellation with no deposit. 1 week later and the funds have still not been returned. Totally unccepatble. Would not recommend at all. Stay clear!

We stayed here in Early May and the facilities were very good. Whilst our room was very compact, the bathroom and shower were quite big, the bed was very comfortable and quite big. The apartments are on the 1st floor of a large building and access is either via a lift or stairs. The rooms are a little tired and a bit dark, added with the fact that two bulbs were not working. It was disappointing that these had not been checked and repaired. The reason for booking was the location which is fantastic, the Spanish steps, The Trevi fountain, The Parthenon and colosseum are within easy walking distance. Restaurants and cafes are everywhere. Would recommend and would definitely use again.

Liked - The bed was very comfortable and the staff were helpful. Apartment is located very centrally to all monuments which made walking around the city very easy! Disliked - This establishment is regularly referenced as a hotel however it isn’t it just managed apartments. The entrance to the building was extremely dirty and cigarette butts were all over the floor and stairs up to the building. We booked a superior room however it was very small, we also had been given a room that adjoined with another and although the door was locked it was off putting. There is absolutely no sound proofing present, we could hear people yelling outside in the street and sirens which woke us up every night as well as hearing conversations and the cleaners in the hallways early morning. The room smelt like drains from the bathrooms and the hairdryer didn’t work. The shower made a loud screaming noise when on and water shot out in all directions except for down which made making anything except for your head wet almost impossible. For a ‘luxury’ apartment, the walls were all marks and skirting boards all scuffed, scratched and falling apart. We were also incredibly put off at the signs telling you that you’ll be charged for basically anything that would come as standard in a hotel including tea/coffee!

Our stay was totally horrendous. Payed for presidential suite due to its sauna jacuzzi and double shower, it was our anniversary and my partner was recovering from a bout of Ill health, from arriving to leaving we had no hot water , each day we were told the technician is. Coming today , and at no point was the problem resolved , or even offered a room to shower, we went 3 days having to wash and unable to use facilities. I was in tears on several occasions to the lovely receptionist, who did all she could but had no support. Manager would not speak to , I was advised to email hotel which I did daily …,, not something you want to be doing 0n a week earned break to a presidential suite . Please think twice before booking this hotel , it is an old building that has reoccurring water problems, we found out whilst there. There is no support, emergency contact number, the gent said he could do nothing, put it in writing and request refund …,,,,, not what you need to hear whilst distressed ion your holiday !!!!!! Avoid
