The hotel is situated in a very accessible location where u can walk to a large number of famous trees attraction within 20 minutes, including the Colosseum (5mins walk). The staff is friendly and the room is clean. The only thing that I have to complain is that the drain of the bathroom isn't working well. Also, there are modification words in progress, some of the facilities like restaurant and roof-top bar are closed. I will recommend this to you.

I didn't have great expectations so I was surprised by how nice the place is. I was planning to stay 3 nights but have only a reservation for 1 night. 1 night was enough for me to decide to go to another hotel for the rest of the week. My room was small, facing a super busy area and when you open the windows, the noise from outside is a lot but windows are good and when you close them, there is no noise! They offered Rituals shampoo, body lotion, and soap. My favourite! So that was a huge Yes! The receptionists (I dealt with 3) were fantastic. They also have a huge communal bathroom you can use before checkin to freshen up. That was great as I arrived in Rome on the Milan-Rome sleeper train, and I needed some freshen up at 8am while checkin is at 2pm. The area is actually very quirky with lots of restaurants and nice quality shopping. Bed was comfortable but have only one bedside table. Air-conditioning worked very well. Now the bad things: * The hotel is super difficult to find for a hotel that is so visible. I missed it twice! And then I missed it again when I came back at night. Needs more visibility. * The shower is tiny. I mean, I have been in small showers but this one is extremely small, I am a medium size woman, and I was afraid of turning because it only have a curtain and I thought I would make a mess of the bathroom. Showering was super stressful. * There is NO TV!!! I was hoping to see the end of the Euro Women's Cup, but I had to go and find a bar for that... * The location was not good for me. It would be good if you wanted to go to the Colosseum, but that is about it. * They offered no free water in the rooms, their water costs 2 euros and it is room temperature because there is no minifridge. * They take a €100 deposit, which they give you back when you check out. I didn't have a credit card, which could do that as mine would either charge me or I lose on the exchange rate, so I have to pay cash. They only charged me €50. They gave me cash when I checked out.

The hotel is situated near the Colosseum and Cavour metro station. The hotel is simple and clean. Rooms are rather small and there is no TV but clean.

Amazing hotel! Great location, clean rooms, and everyone is super nice. Especially the young Brazilian lady at the front desk—I wish I had asked her name. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and she explained the hotel and its services to me in a very clear and thoughtful way. The location of the hotel is excellent. If I visit Rome again, I will definitely book this hotel!

The hotel is in a good location and a walking distance to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. The location is ideal with cute restaurants all around. The room size is quite small even as a solo traveller but it’s ok. The breakfast is also very good even though it’s the same selection every day. But I really enjoyed it. The staff and reception are absolutely amazing, always willing to help and always having suggestions. The only major drawback is the bathroom. The toilet is very old and the shower is as small as a matchbox. I’m petite and even I felt very squashed and crammed in the shower. Every time you shower the curtain sticks on your body which is hygienic and quite annoying ( tried several ways to work around it but failed). I think it’s the worst shower I’ve experienced. I think it will be best to remove the shower curtain and use a plastic or glass door even if the shower is tiny. oh you also have to pay for the bottle water in the room which is €2. Overall the staff and the location of the hotel is superb.

Honestly cannot fault this hotel. I was so surprised at how lovely it is and it's location is fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful when I come back to Rome you will find me here!

Location Convenience, front desk service was good & friendly

Perfect service, very friendly. Small but very nice and clean rooms for a very good price! Absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is situated on a lively square. It is clean, appears newly renovated (in the rooms) and well maintained, with a reasonably attractive aesthetic. The accommodation is plain and simple:  a bit student dorm-like with small rooms, but the room is pleasant, and clean, and the aircon actually works (unlike most in Italy). The lobby is staffed 24 hours a day (which is a plus), and the staff are helpful. The downsides are the small room size (oddly did not bother me) and the thin cheap doors. I chose to stay here rather than an airport hotel during a transit, and found the experience quite fun, being able to walk around Rome for a few hours overnight. ONE PROBLEM I would mention is that they are currently renovating the top 2 floors of the hotel (4 storeys) ... and it makes a lot of noise in the morning if you are trying to sleep after 8am. If you get out of the room before 8am, it probably won't bother you too much ... but if you like staying up late, I would find somewhere else to stay. Also, the hotel should warn guests of the problem, and they do not.
