Quaint little property with what seems like rooms crammed into every available nook and cranny. It definitely isnt what Americans think of as a typical hotel, but it's charming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff friendly.

For the price paid the place was uncomfortable noisy could not sleep as there was constant pulling and pushing above making it difficult to sleep at night and this went on for three nights I slept there

As we drove to the hotel, there were bags and bags of garbage all around. The lobby is in the building next to where you stay. When we arrived we went to the building with the lobby and no one was there so we called the number a bunch of times and then hotel.com. No answer and no help. We went to the adjacent building and the door was open and keys to the rooms were on a hook. We eventually left and stayed in our car in a service plaza. The hotel said we were a no show and refused to refund our money. Although a rough night we were safer in our car. The picture shows the actual hotel. It was like a horror movie.

I stayed for work in this hotel on the Cassia, excellent location and parking included in the price. The area is quiet, room clean and staff friendly. Very good breakfast. Cozy atmosphere, I will definitely be back.

Degraded environment, walls so fine and non-insulating that even pins can be heard falling. Whitewashing of the bathroom falling from the ceiling .... Very high cost of the room for what is offered. Sufficient breakfast

A dilapidated structure. With the bathroom where after minutes the water didn't even get warm. They upgraded my room and it got a little better. Great availability on the part of the staff which, however, was worth little. Not worth the price paid!

Clean and welcoming hotel with excellent friendly and familiar staff !!! Super top if there were 10 stars I would give them and even more!!! I will definitely return for other holidays in the Cassia area. The location of the hotel is very good, there is practically everything nearby, in short, super recommended 💓
