The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room is quite small for a superior room. The breakfast was very basic not very wholesome. No tea or milk provided

The location is a bonus, but similar to Bed&Breakfast, it is difficult to find it by following the navigation. It is an ordinary residential gate. If the decorator hadn't opened the door, we wouldn't have known it was a hotel. After entering, it is like a maze. The front desk is on the lower half floor, and after getting the key, take the elevator on the upper half floor. The indoor space is quite large and clean. The breakfast is prepared in a blind box, so you can eat whatever you have. Overall not recommended.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Within walking walking distance of the main attractions in Rome, including the Trevi fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona, Roman Forum, the Pantheon, Torre Argentina and The Colosseum is just over a one kilometre walk away. Whilst the location is superb, the best part of the apartment is Fabio and Emanuel (the hosts). We checked-in before Christmas and they left wonderful festive season treats for my family to enjoy. Emanuela also provided two big bottles of mineral water in the SMEG refrigerator, milk and the coffee machine as fully stocked. The apartment also has a washing machine which came in handy during our 8 night stay. The apartment is well appointed, the main bed was comfortable and my sons also remarked that the sofa bed in the second "bedroom" was also comfy. Fabio and Emanuela have a very handy file in the apartment that has interesting tips and information. The Wifi worked great and we had no issues streaming Netflix, Amazon Prime and YouTube. The unit has two TV sets. They are not Smart TV sets and the channels cater mainly for an Italian speaking audience. So, we were heavily reliant on the WiFi to stream our content. And it did not let us down... The attention to details by Fabio and Emanuela was greatly appreciated. Fabio assisted with the airport transfer and even though there was a marathon blockading the Via del Corso on the day we left Rome, he ensured that we arrived at the airport on time. Generally, we are hotel as opposed to apartment people but this experience has changed our minds. Corso 277 was the best experience of our month in Italy, after visiting Bologna, Verona, Firenze and Empoli, meeting Emanuel at Corso 277 on 23 December 2023 ensured that our Christmas in the eternal city was going to be memorable and fun. My sons and wife agree that when we return to Rome, Corso 277 will be our home.

DO NOT STAY HERE! THEIR PROPERTY PICTURES ARE DECEIVING! We stayed there on September for 1 night in a Superior Double Room for which we paid about $430! There was so much noise in the room that we didn't sleep for 5 minutes! There were crickets/roaches in the walls that chirped the entire night. There was sound of water going through the walls like a river gushing on rocks. In the website description it shows tall windows with a bright room, our room #5 had one 3x3 foot square window facing a tiny square patio shared by other rooms in which all the air conditioning units were plugged in making a lot of noise. There was molded wood floors right outside the shower, clearly a poor choice of material to hold water when guests have exited the shower. There is no one there on the property overnight to go and ask for a new room so we were miserable til morning until the staff came to work. I complained to Dmytro, the supervisor, and he promised that management would contact me for partial refund. I flew back home and no news from the. I emailed and still they gave me the runaround with no remorse for mis advertising about the quality and comfort of this expensive room! They said they would give me 100 euro refund but I have to send them my bank info and wait 20 days. A month passed and still nothing!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PROPERTY PICTURES! They are a 2 star hotel at best! I wish I could attach the pictures and videos I took of the property!

Hotel has a brown door beside Batix.shop. This is really a house that has 8 units only. They will give you a traditional key for the room, card key for the lights and another key for the main brown door. Reception is only 8am to 6pm. Checkout is 10am. Few days before arrival they will email u to make sure they can assist u on the best option they can give u. Wifi internet is slow for me at the bedroom. Living room is ok. Breakfast is delivered every morning to your room which is ample. 1st day our ceiling got water leak during their cleaning but it was sorted out. The next day we hand wash our clothes and place them on the towel warmer but the electricity outlet is not working so we let it be. Housekeeping cleaned our room while we were out and plug the towel warmer into another working outlet and now it works. Thank you for the care. However she forgot to give us bath towels so we use the medium size ones ;) Love the unit coz it has a separate dining living room area. Separate bedroom and 2 separate bathroom. We already experience living in a Rome house ;) Although there's only one window and overlooking is somebody else's rubbish etc on another roof. Place is a good location. Take bus 81 to Vatican. Bought bus tickets at a tabachhi shop for eur1.50 Walking distance to all nice fountains like the Navona, Pantheon etc. So many nice catholic churches. From Roma termini train station take bus 40 or 64. 20 mins travel to hotel. Bus tickets u can buy at the bus terminal which is walking distance from termini. Overall good stay. I recommend this place.

A beautiful stay with my wife. Clean and nice rooms. The location is outstanding. The staff was magnificent. The breakfast served in our rooms every morning was wonderful. Bruno and his staff really made our trip to Italy complete. When in Rome, I stay at Bruno’s.
