Good location and service was very good

Francesco was very enthusiastic. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, he introduced us to Rome's travel guide and recommended nearby Italian restaurants. The hotel is close to the Vatican Museum, about a 20-minute walk, and there is a bus station to the city within a 3-4-minute walk. It's quieter at night, so I had a good rest here after two days of travel.

第一次評價，保證真實客觀 1. 訂之前以為是酒店，但是其實是民宿！！！ 2.訂的時候付了2大2小的家庭房的錢，入住的時候説他這邊衹有入住3個人的訂單，因為太晚了，懶得去爭辯了，找攜程説了一點用沒有，我認為這是有針對性的欺騙！ 3.因為抵達羅馬比較晚了，到酒店大概10點，房東過來説因為到了晚了所以要收一個什麼錢，我也懶得計較了 4.所謂酒店就是一個3室或者2個3室的房間打通做了5個房間左右，裏面走道很小，打開房間門走路都是小心翼翼，另外邊上有鐵軌，早上較吵！ 總結：這個價格3，4百歐元，完全沒必要住這個民宿，我承認我是被點評和打分欺騙了！以後不會再用攜程訂國外酒店！

這家酒店這就不是酒店，是個小民宿，在一個小四樓上面攜程上為什麼分打的會這麼高？周邊環境差的就不能再差了大小便到處是周邊，是好多流浪漢，奉勸各位千萬千萬不要住，雖然價格有點實惠，但是他真的是不行，太小太小了還沒有早餐，簡直就是小的，哎，誰住誰上當

離博物館和大教堂很近，周偉非常安靜舒適，吃東西買東西也方便。

What can I say about Francesco. Excellent host. He knew everything there was to know about Rome. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. AC worked great. Location was excellent. Recommended places to eat and told us how to get everywhere.

What a fantastic place to stay, for so many reasons. Great price, fantastic location, and of course the legendary host Francesco. What a guy! He spent so much time with us explaining the best places to go, shortcuts, local advice, and so much more. He let us check in early, and also leave our bags on the final day so we could explore without carrying them around. A true gentleman! And the room was exactly what we needed. Air con working which was a life saver! Quiet room and very clean. I completely recommend this place to anyone visiting Roma! Francesco you are a hero!

Francesco is welcoming and very knowledgeable of the sites and how to get around Rome! The guest house is amazing! Very clean and the room is made up daily. There is a lift (elevator) to reach the 4th floor. Different views for different rooms but ours looked over a garden area and was delightful. There is a common area where there is a balcony and tables to sit and eat if you bring in food. Everyone is friendly! Excellent place to stay and Francesco gave us wonderful suggestions of places to eat close by. He took the time to show us places on a map which we used many times on our outings! It was easy to get to the sites in Rome. We will return here again! Thank you, Francesco for your hospitality!

It was very clean and we loved the location. It is in a neighborhood near the Vatican. We walked to some wonderful restaurants and it was easy to walk to a grocery store. Every morning we could see the dome of the Vatican while we had breakfast. We loved this guesthouse! Francesco was so friendly and helpful! He was fantastic!

We had such an amazing stay at Leonardo Da Vinci Guest House. Everything was picture perfect. Francesco was an amazing host. The best we have ever had. He was SO helpful leading up to our stay by answering so many questions that we had. He even took the time to help us with private transfers and provided us so much information about that area once we arrived. He made our feel right at home. We staid in the room that slept four and we had plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The location is so close to the train station as well as St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. I would highly recommend Leonardo Da Vinci Guest House for anyone who is traveling to Rome and needs a place to stay. I hope we have the opportunity to return to Rome some day and if we do, we would definitely stay at Leonardo Da Vinci Guest House again!

A wonderful guest room with a remarkable host. Francesco is a wonderful person who took a lot of time providing us with things to do in Rome….tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping districts and also provide us with his recommendations on how to best get there. We appreciated his kindness.

The property is a 15 minute walk to the Vatican / St Peter's and museum... Ideal location for those interests. Francesco who manages the property is a "Gem"!!! We would go back simply because of him! Extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, he spent 30 minutes when we arrived and mapped out all the sites we would want to tour and provided restaurant recommendation in close proximately to the different sites. He also provided insight to the local transportation including how to navigate and costs. He provided his personal mobile number for us to call anytime if we needed help. We did not realize the need to get tickets for some of local tourists sites (Colosseum, Vatican Museum, etc.) that were sold out weeks in advance, Francesco connected with tour companies to get us in with only 1-2 day notice. On the last day, we needed to leave for the airport at 6 AM and he made arrangements for a transport van that was on time, very professional, at an extremely affordable price. The property itself was VERY CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, and overall a great experience. My spouse and I are 60+ and did 27 miles of walking throughout Rome over 3 days... the Leonardo Da Vinci Guest House was a great place to relax and refresh when returning from the day trips.
