Since it was a family trip and the hotel was near the station, I booked a room with a double bed and a single bed configuration. However, the single bed was a makeshift metal bed that looked like an extra bed. The room was also very small. I understand considering Rome's high prices, but it was a bit disappointing. When you enter the 3rd floor, there are several rooms along a narrow hallway, as if one entire unit on the 3rd floor had been converted into multiple rooms. The interior is clean, as it seems the facilities were recently renovated, but during the two-night stay, everything in the minibar was chargeable except for three coffee capsules. The elevator is structured by splitting half of the existing stairs, so it is designed for two people to board at a time while carrying a luggage. It uses a physical key, not an electronic one. (For the front door, 3rd floor entrance, and room^^) It was a good experience for the kids, but it felt a bit inconvenient. Fortunately, there was a refrigerator (though small) and a very weak air conditioner, so we rested during the day and went sightseeing in the morning and evening. The food court at the central station was the best.

Overall a good accommodation. Quiet area and convenient to the center.

My family and I got two rooms. Stayed for three nights. The location is great because it has a nice neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, gelato place, breakfast options, pharmacy and grocery stores. Without the tourist crowds! There are two things I’d like to have some improvements. A desk for the guest to use and a box of facial tissue (Kleenex).

This hotel is fine and economical. I accidentally booked Rome when the Ryder cup was on so wasn’t left with a lot of choice for hotel. It seems as thought they’ve bought a few rooms in a residential block and made them into hotel rooms, so it did feel a little like we were intruding with other residents in the block. The room was fine, very clean and basic. It’s definitely in the quiet end of town and we got a taxi a couple of times to the Vatican and some nice dinners we didn’t want to arrive hot and bothered to! There are a couple of nice restaurants around and a lovely wine bar right next door but if you want more of an atmosphere stay closer to the centre of town.

Breakfast could be improved, the price is a bit high for what it offers, but overall it has other qualities. You can sleep peacefully. Very close to the Fiera di Roma.
