A chic hotel in a fantastic location near the palatine hill. Service was kind and attentive and the welcome drink and evening drink were an unexpected bonus. The room and bed was very comfortable.

The hotel environment is well designed and cleaned. Reception is nice and helpful as well as polite.

Super good, will go again next time. The only thing that made me sad was that the souvenirs given by the hotel, which were placed in the car, were stolen by a thief in Rome who broke the window and stole everything, including the bag. I really like the quilt, bag and book! ! All gone 😔

I'm so lucky. I didn't book it on *************, but booked this hotel on Ctrip. The location of this hotel is so convenient, it only takes ten minutes to walk to the scenic spots. The service is even more enthusiastic to the guests. I don’t know where they get their energy from!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in Europe! The owner was very hospitable and patient. He also provided us with free bar and lunch and gave us a city map with explanation. The hotel room is very clean, smells good, and is new. The breakfast is incredibly delicious, and all the service staff in this hotel have a very good service attitude. I love it so much! ! ! ! ! If I have another chance to come to Rome, I will definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel experience was first-class. The hotel also very considerately sent a list of restaurant recommendations. I tried several restaurants recommended by the hotel and they were great. Charlotte, the front desk lady, was very warm and friendly. She took the initiative to help book restaurants and taxis. I hope the hotel can see her excellence.

I like it very much, near the Colosseum. The hotel service is very good, the service staff is friendly and enthusiastic. The night view on the top floor is great at night, and there is also a rooftop swimming pool and bar service.

Pros: Top notch staff - professional, friendly, welcoming, & efficient Waking distance from a lot of cool sites Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores Very clean Comfortable beds Complimentary wine tokens given for lunch & dinner Smart TV in the room so you can watch YouTube or mirror your phone to the TV during your downtime Given a daily complimentary bottle of water Complimentary robes & slippers Cons (minor, but just giving a heads up of items some readers may want to consider): The fridge is a mini bar, but there is enough space to store something small if you need to. The location looks a bit off putting bc there were sleeping bags & pillows a few steps away signaling potential homeless people sleeping there, but the hotel doesn't play about security - you have to be buzzed in. No key cards, an actual key is used to access your room & cut on the power. Room safe is traditional lock & key. Check out is pen, paper, & calculator not like current hotels with a computer based process. Not a big deal, but I felt bad when I asked for a detailed receipt and the gentleman at the desk had to create one by hand. The pancakes. Not to yuck anyone's yum, but they just weren't worth 9.50 € Overall, I'd still give a 5 bc it really was a very nice stay. If you're in a rush to a scheduled tour and maybe not yet confident in grabbing something nearby, then i do recommend eating at the hotel. That's what we did until we got more familiar with the area and the flow of the city. The staff, in particular the tall, blond lady whose name slips my mind, was so awesome! She was literally the kindest person I met in Rome. She was so kind, bubbly, helpful, welcoming... the list of positives just goes on and on. She definitely deserves a raise &/or promotion!

Nerva is a lovely boutique hotel. They provide exceptional services. They arranged pick up from airport and transportation to the port for our cruise at the end of our stay. The entire hotel is lovely with the most friendly staff that makes you feel part of their family. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. They helped us with recommendations on where to eat and sightseeing. Always asking what we needed and how our day was after returning from sightseeing. Food is excellent. Entire hotel is spotless. They provide a safe in the room. We were given a book on Rome, a tote bag and a water bottle as mementos. Can’t say enough! Highly recommend!

This little hotel really IS a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and most comfortable. The staff is uniformly delightful and will happily assist you with anything you need. The breakfasts are so good that we went every single morning, and I'd give them a SIX if I could. Plus the location is really great, too. We liked it so much that we hated to leave!

We stayed 4 nights at Hotel Nerva in Rome. Service and attention paid to the guests were 5 stars. Everyone speaks excellent English which makes communication very easy. Location is extremely good as it is close to all historic sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to Hotel Nerva at our next Rome visit.

Exceptional hospitality. Well trained staff. If you like small boutique hotel stays this is one to book. Friendly customer service, quality breakfast, close walking distance to ancient Roma exhibits. English was easily spoken with staff making our trip easier.

the ideal spot for a trip to Rome, with incredibly comfortable beds, soundproof windows, and a very comfortable bar for a pre dinner drink.. Great location, good restaurants abound within a few minutes walk, close but not too close to anything. Easy walk to the train station. Spotless rooms with great design, and staff that seemed delighted to help in every way.
