Extremely convenient location as it's just situated next to the central train station, clean room and nice breakfast

We stayed at the Hotel Madison in Rome for a short stay, and overall, we would describe it as more of a convenience hotel than a tourist destination. It's perfect for travelers passing through, thanks to its excellent location right across from Termini Station, the main train and bus terminal in Rome. Room & Facilities The room appeared clean and recently renovated, but it was quite small. It had all the basics, including a functioning heater and a TV, and the bathroom was spotless, with plenty of towels provided. However, the hotel doesn’t give off a tourist-hotel vibe — it’s more of a practical choice for those who need quick access to transportation. The front desk service was professional and efficient. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the reception area looked modern and clean, which made a good first impression. Breakfast Experience One of the most positive aspects of our stay was the breakfast. The hotel has a chef preparing fresh food on the spot, with several assistants ensuring everything runs smoothly. There was a wide variety of hot dishes and plenty of food available, with everything served fresh and hot. We noticed that guests seemed very satisfied with their breakfast experience, and we felt the same. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Madison is a solid choice for a short stay or a transit stop in Rome. The location across from Termini Station is ideal for those who need easy access to trains, buses, and the metro. The rooms are simple and functional, and the breakfast was definitely a highlight. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient stay, this hotel does the job. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the convenience and excellent breakfast!

The hotel is near Tremini  station  the room already including breakfast 

The hotel is perfect, staff are very friendly and professional, the location is 1 min work from the Roma Termini trains station so no need for additional transport cost when going or coming from the airport or for shopping, I really enjoyed the hotel 😊

Room facilities is social. Bed is too soft. Breakfast is good, lot of choices. Room is difficult to look for. it has almost 50 rooms in one level, the rooms number are not in order, very confusing. However the hotel location is good which only 2 minutes walk from Rome Termini

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The area might be a tiny bit dodgy at night... but you can still safely buy some pizza and supplies. It's well lit and busy... the hotel itself could not be better positioned for the train station entrance (10 meters)! Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms were decent. I would definitely stay again if I had an early train or was arriving late one night into the station.

Value for money. Hotel is opposite Roma Termini, very convenient to travel . The fun part is going to our room, it is like a “ maze”

Excellent location. Right across from Termini Station. The facilities could be improved, but otherwise, they're very good.

The hotel is really close to the station, just cross the road! It is really convenient for passengers who need to transfer! The hotel has been renovated, so it is very comfortable. The front desk staff also greeted us warmly. It is really heartwarming to hear "welcome home" when you return to the hotel after a day of sightseeing. I have stayed in three hotels in Rome, and Madison is definitely the most recommended one.

The location is excellent, the service is very poor and unfriendly, the hotel environment is very poor and old, the room instructions are not clear, the room number I stayed in was not displayed, and I had to walk a long way to find it. It was very hot even when the air conditioner was on. You had to open the window to get a cool breeze, but it was too noisy outside. When I opened the window, a mosquito and a white wing flew into the room. The shower water temperature was unstable for a long time (hot and cold). The quality of breakfast was very poor. The milk was warm and had no cover (for fear of bacteria). Other food tasted bad and was a bit salty. Low cost performance, it is not recommended to choose this hotel🥹
