Despite the hotel being a little run down due to the hotel being old. I did not mind it as the location was convenient, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with a very high ceiling.

The sound isolation was very bad. I was on the first floor and I could literally hear people talking under my window which would make it hard to sleep at night. They don’t have the sign “do not disturb” in the room to put on the door so that the housekeeping lady doesn’t bother you if you have decided to stay in your room. Other than that it was okay although a little overpriced for everything they offer.

Relatively good hotel but buffet not very satisfactory, hot shower 1x out of 4 otherwise cold water, and no seals at the bottom of the shower (in any case for my room) so the water flooded the whole room... Apart from cases, very nice staff, and correct location

This is not a hotel. It's almost a scam. It's not a hotel, it's a pigsty. There's no hot water. The carpet on the floor looks like it's 30 years old. The best breakfast is the steamed eggs. The public parking is useless. You have to park on the street and pay about 15-20 euros per day. Do not stay here... Tell your friends. This kind of hotel should go out of business. I hate Rome because of this hotel.... The staff's service is terrible. No one cares. - There are some good rooms, so they seem to leave good reviews. However, do not stay at this hotel. It turns a good trip into a nightmare.

Overall, I liked everything, but I lived on the first floor, the windows overlooked the courtyard and it was quite noisy in the room because of the air conditioners under the window. And what's strange is that they forbade bringing guests, although I didn't invite anyone to spend the night with me, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. I would like the hotel staff not to interfere in the guests' personal lives.

The shower was small but everything else was fine.

They offer a room with air conditioning and it's a lie, the air conditioning doesn't work and they don't help you in any way. I don't recommend this hotel if you come to Rome. I had a very bad experience. I had to leave and they don't give you your money back. They are scammers in the service.

Mediocre hotel which does not respect health rules: presence of mold, stained carpets, single glazing therefore cold and noisy. Doesn't deserve 3 stars! Far from there.
