I really loved this hotel! Great location and such charming rooms! The front desk staff were wonderful (though the restaurant staff weren't very welcoming! They wouldn't let me take an apple to go - terrible!). The breakfast was good and housekeeping was excellent! I enjoyed everything 💙

I booked the hotel thinking that it was 4 stars as advertised. But the hotel is 1 star only. Over rates, Dangerous lift, smelly drains, below average breakfast. Over rates. I would not recommend to my friends nor come back.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Highly recommend. It’s not central as such but we used a hop on hop off bus. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff friendly and polite, while helpful.

Great little hotel about 12 min walk from the train station (get a taxi with luggage - €15 euros). Connected to the quality bus services and metro. Inside staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was really clean, and quality on the whole for the price. The breakfast was good with choice. I would definitely stay again. Only negative was the shower screen but they had tried to resolve it. And the hallway was tired. If you are in Rome for a couple of days and you only want a bed, Aircon and good location jump on the opportunity.

This hotel is unique compared to others I’ve stayed at in Italy, as it’s the only one that offered box tissues. The breakfast was adequate, and overall, I’m glad I chose this hotel.

It was in a nice location, our room was so small for the price but it was fine. Breakfast is always great!

The hotel is in convenient location.

It's summer time in July and the air conditioner was out of order, only a fan is provided. The staff told us it will be fixed at night but of course it never happened. We sweat during our sleep and the whole room is hot like a steamer. The photo of the room is completely different from the photos shown online, especially the bathroom. There is no bath tub, only a curtain and some tiles separating the area for shower. Water will splash out during your shower. It's definitely not a 4 star hotel, at most 3 stars. The only good thing is the staff is friendly and the location is good.

Hotel closes to metro line b castro pretorio station, suggest to take underground to this stop.

It was a good location because it was close to Rome Central Station. But the facility feels old. But it‘s a hotel that wasn’t too much to stay. It wasn‘t bad
