The hotel is located on a quiet, secluded side street. The front door is locked, so it's quite secure. The staff doesn't speak French but their English is fairly good, which allowed us to communicate with them. Upon arrival in the room, the place was quite clean. The parquet flooring was damaged in a few places, but that was all. The sheets, the floor, the towels, and the bathroom were spotless! There was a safe and even a mini-fridge. However, the bathroom isn't suitable for larger people. The toilet area is extremely cramped. At 1.90 meters tall and weighing 130 kg, it was very difficult to feel comfortable on the toilet. The wall-mounted showerhead didn't help. The shower itself, on the other hand, is spacious. Perhaps too spacious. During the night, we heard the intercom buzzer two or three times for the employee to open the front door, but it wasn't too bothersome. Regarding breakfast... Honestly, nothing to complain about, it's quite comprehensive. Croissants, pain au chocolat, and other pastries. Bread and toast. Scrambled eggs and bacon. Cow's milk and oat milk. Cottage cheese, cereals, and other seeds. A whole assortment of hot and cold drinks and yogurts.

Very satisfied. It's very close to the train station, but not as unsafe as I'd heard. There's a police station right outside, so I feel very safe. Great value for money, highly recommended!

For me it was 10/10 I changed many hotels during my trip to Italy and this was the best. Comfort, new rooms, convenient location in the center, 1 minute to the bus stop, delicious breakfast by the standards of the Roman hotels I stayed in. My recommendation.

I can't rate the hotel as a whole, since I was put in a separate utility room in the backyard of the building. There were no photos of this room in the description of the room I booked, and no one mentioned it in the reviews either. If the hotel had posted accurate photos and descriptions, I wouldn't have booked it. In order to get to this "room", you need to exit the building into the courtyard, walk a few meters down the street to the utility or technical rooms, find the door with the number 138, and there is not a single light source near it (you will have to use a flashlight at night), and enter the code. The room is modest in size, it has a table, a chair, a folding bed, shelves for clothes, a safe, a TV, an air conditioner with a torn off lid. And the worst thing is that the room does not have a full-fledged window! There are only a couple of narrow openings in the wall, and even on a clear day no light penetrates into them! In addition, these structures cannot be opened and the room cannot be ventilated due to the strong, pungent smell of cleaning products. After checking in, late in the evening, I opened the door to the street, putting a chair there to somehow get rid of these smells, and for a long time I could not start to rest, instead sitting at the threshold. I approached with a request to change the room, and I was ready to pay extra, but they told me that the hotel was fully booked. For the first time in my life, I give bad ratings, just to attract the attention of the hotel management. You can't put people in a room without giving them the right to get acquainted with its nuances at the booking stage! I did not expect this from the B&B hotels chain. On the plus side, the "room" is good and recently renovated, everything is new, although the furnishings are sparse. The bathroom is excellent, 10 out of 10! The hotel staff deserves the highest marks. Breakfast is 3 out of 5, average.

It's a fast chain hotel. The good points of this hotel: the location is very good, the train station and various attractions are within walking distance. I booked this hotel on the spur of the moment to catch a flight, which is very convenient. The front desk is very enthusiastic, and there is a grandfather who is very nice. I went to catch the train at 5 am. Since the elevator 🛗 is a manual one, if there is a floor that is not closed, the elevator will be useless. The grandfather personally helped me lift the suitcase to the first floor! The price-performance ratio is too high! It is the cheapest hotel I stayed in during this trip to Europe. If you want to experience living in a beautiful old house in Rome, this is a very good hotel

It's neither good nor bad. If you have a chance to come here, it's worth stopping by. It's cheap and it's good value for money. It's worth coming here. I recommend it to those who come with friends... There are also quite a few convenient facilities nearby.

The room was small but clean. The elevator to the upper floor was very small and broke down from time to time, so it was on the second floor and it was acceptable.

Mini room with mini bed. There are many restaurants and shops around. After all, it is a hotel in the city, and the transportation is very convenient. Overall, it is good.

Let me talk about the bad experience first: 1. The hotel is on a certain floor of a building, with no obvious signs. It took me a long time to find it using Google maps 2. The elevator is broken and the staff helped to fix it before it worked 3. The room has a strong odor. The furniture is quite new but it should be made of very cheap materials. The windows must be opened for ventilation every day 4. There are bugs in the room 5. The water heater was broken on the day of check-in. After it was repaired, there was no hot water after taking a shower... The cold water in Rome almost froze my skin Let me talk about the advantages: 1. It is close to the train station, and the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia, etc. are all within a few hundred meters of walking distance 2. The restaurant downstairs in the hotel is pretty good, with good taste and good prices 3. The experience was too bad because of the check-in problem. The two customer service ladies of Ctrip helped to deal with it in time. Thank you very much!

The room is very small, the soundproofing is not good, there are people walking outside the window at any time, it is stuffy, there is not even a bottle of water, the conditions are very average. The breakfast is also average.
