The hotel is good only if you have a car, there is no other viable advantage of staying here. The breakfast seems to have a lot of options, yet it feels very limited, realistically you get nothing, and you will be better off doing breakfast outside or even ordering. The hotel was comfortable, AC was good enough for the amount of heat.

Nice hotel, clean and good facilites, nice to have a terrace room to enjoy the evening sun. The hotel is quite a way out from the centre of Rome but there are good transport links near by. The local area has some nice bars and restaurants

My stay at Europe Star Hotel was okay overall, but the location was not as convenient as I expected from the description. It is outside the main tourist area, and as a solo traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable taking public transport back at night. I ended up using taxis/Uber, which cost around €15–20 from the main area back to the hotel. The hotel itself was fine and the room was acceptable, but I was placed on the first floor next to a busy road, so it was quite noisy at night. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I would recommend checking the exact location carefully before booking, especially if you are travelling alone or planning to come back late at night.

The location is a bit out of the way. While there's a bus stop right outside, Italian buses are notoriously unreliable, so you'll need to walk a bit to get to the subway station. There are a few restaurants, cafes, and a small supermarket nearby. The facilities are a bit dated but well-maintained, giving it more of a business hotel feel. The room was smaller than expected but clean and tidy. The double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel is nothing like a 4-star property. The shower experience was extremely poor. Water pressure was weak, and the water temperature constantly alternated between hot and cold, making showering very uncomfortable. The room itself was very stuffy and poorly ventilated. From the moment I entered, my face turned red and I felt unwell, but the air conditioning could not be properly used because the control panel was broken. Even when selecting the “cool” mode, the air coming out was warm instead of cool. As a result, I could not sleep well at all. Noise was another major issue. Soundproofing is extremely poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the corridor, as well as trains and cars from the street outside. This is definitely not the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The location is also very inconvenient. It is not close to any major attractions, which makes getting around unnecessarily difficult. Additionally, the door did not feel secure. It appeared loose and looked as though it could be taken off easily, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Overall, the room was noisy, uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and not suitable for rest. I would not recommend staying here.

Quite surprised by how clean it was and with pretty good overall amenities, especially the AC. For the price, it was good. Location was not bad but could be better as there is not much stuff nearby, though transportation is not too bad either.

The hotel's environment and location are both great, and the food is excellent. What's even better is that they provided toiletries, which is quite rare to see in Europe. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome.

The hotel is totally not clean, I can see someone’s body hair inside the tub on the first day. Also, the tub is not clean. The room is smaller than it shown on the picture, there’s no chair, no table and drinking water(no water boiler) service is fine, just acceptable There are bus stops and train station nearby the hotel so the location is not bad. but the hotel itself is far from the attractions, and you need to transfer to one another bus

Clean and staff friendly

The location is a 50-minute walk from Rome, so if you're planning to explore the city, you might want to reconsider. The hotel service is decent, and the breakfast is passable. You can also use the gym without leaving the hotel. It's suitable for business trips, but I wouldn't highly recommend it for tourism unless you're comfortable with walks of over an hour each way.

Excellent hotel, recommended by a client for my business trip. There's a great steakhouse downstairs. It was a really good value for money stay, and I'd definitely choose it again next time.

The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but the service and rooms are very good. For Rome, it's excellent value for money. Bus 81, which stops near the hotel, goes directly to the Vatican and passes by attractions like the Colosseum and the Pantheon.
