The location is fine. There's a bus stop right in front that connects to a metro station going straight to Rome’s city center. The place is clean and quiet.
Some staff are friendly and helpful. Others seem like they don’t want to be there. No greeting, no eye contact—just a sense of disinterest. Cleaning staff stared at us like we were in their way. No “hello,” just pressure to leave so they could do their job. It might be a cultural thing, but it felt cold.
You can rent a water kettle for €15, and you’ll get the money back if it’s returned in good condition. But even that feels like a trust issue with guests. For hot water, a deposit system like that seems excessive.
The price matches the service and accommodation. It’s not great, not bad—just okay. Don't expect much more than the basics.

Good place to stay in Rome. I had a good tike here. Room is clean, new. Only staff are not really friendly and helpful.

The accommodations were great! The location was far from the main city centers of Rome, but there was a shuttle bus to and from. However, my group usually wanted to stay longer than when the bus would leave. Overall, a great stay.

Was an absolute bargain compared to nearby hotels at the time of booking nevermind in town. Lovely little room and good that it had a.c to heat the space when required as the first couple of nights we did feel a little cold but grateful we travelled in spring and not summer. Access isnt always the best but its good to the local train station and if you use the bus right outside the resort.

I highly recommend this hotel, it is convenient and easy to get here by train from Rome airport and then taxi to the hotel, and the bus stop 246 is also close to the hotel. There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel where you can buy anything, they have everything.😍🤟

Place is really clean, there’s connecting bus right outside but it’s quite far from city centre still. Because of the long queue it took more an hour to get checked in and there’s no cleaning in between stay
