We stayed at the place during our short trip to Rome with our 5 year old son. The hotels location can be a bit difficult to find but once we got there the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was already prepared and we checked in a matter of minutes. The room was quite big with a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. The bed was very comfortable however the pillows could have been better quality. The were also a fridge and coffee machine in the room. The hotel is ideally situated if you are Rome for a few days and you want visit the sites. The Spanish steps was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel with Trevi fountain only a 5 minute walk away. The Vatican and the colosseum were also within 25-30 minute walk in either direction. The area was very lively with a good choice of restaurants and bars and everything you could need. Overall it was an excellent experience and would definitely recommend. Thanks to all the staff and management who were very friendly and accommodating.

Arrived to find our room had been cancelled! No explanation why our booking had been cancelled, I had even contacted the hotel prior to our visit! The hotel had no availability and the gentleman who would normally check you in did locate another hotel and accompanied us there - though did ask for us to pay for the taxi….. Not an ideal start, we had relied on the hotels facilities which we didn’t have in the other hotel.

This is an absolute gem....would definitely recommend for travellers who wanting to stay in the heart of Rome. This is however, not for anyone who relies upon the services of a hotel as there is no formal reception or concierge. This is also not for anyone who cannot manage to carry luggage up and down the quite steep stairs. But for those who are independent travellers, this establishment offers very comfortable and exceptionally large rooms, with nice size bathrooms that are well maintained and clean. You are literally in the heart of the best shopping district, with fabulous restaurants on doorstep . The nearby metro station ( Spagna) is easily accessible but most of the main tourist attractions are within walking distance.

Was the perfect spot for our family of 4! Clean, cool and great customer service!!!! Great location!!! The apartment for the family is 2 blocks from the hotel and super easy!!! Had all the space we needed!!

It was a nightmare. Should be removed from the web. I was fortunate enough to get out of the reservation after having seen the place. I never saw a reception area. I remember the 1/2 fullbtrash can in the hall of the duplex apartment. The apartment had not been painted for a while!

The only thing that is luxurious is the bill. I booked a 25m2 room, I found myself in an 18m2 bunker without a balcony, with a window overlooking a tiny courtyard, a dark room at any time and without a field! Unable to make a phone call. Steep and uncomfortable stairs, not suitable for children or the elderly. Zero possibility of having breakfast even if with a supplement, they do not offer this service. In the morning and at night there is no concierge service, only a number to call for 'emergencies'.....and what if you just need some info??? The only positive thing is the location in which it is located but at the same cost (170 per night excluding breakfast and tourist tax) I would have found a more comfortable structure.

A huge room, huge shower, mezzanine, 4 beds, 2 of which are huge! A very very nice kitchen.... what can I say, a wonderful stay! We will definitely return. In the center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna. My children didn't want to leave anymore! ♥️

Of Luxury I have ONLY seen the bill. Late Check in, 8.15 pm, for a fee (25 per person) never seen in my life! Luggage storage during check out for a fee (10 euros) never seen in my life. Small room with few accessories. The air conditioning was not usable even though there were three days of significant heat. In the bathroom we couldn't adjust the temperature to avoid blowing the meter. In short, driven by the excellent reviews, I decided to book, resolute: with all the money spent, we could have taken a junior suite that would certainly have satisfied our needs. Apart from the centrality of the place, everything below expectations.
