Excellent location (this much is true and can't be denied) but highly disappointing to say the least: small room, very old mattress, no cold water (yes!!! a first time for me: couldn't take a shower without getting scalded), badly ventilated room and bathroom, a bit mouldy, disrespectful neighbours checking in and out very late/early, very mediocre breakfast - although seemingly free of charge ==＞ do everything yourself and end up in the nearby coffee shop anyway. Oh and the reception is actually 100 meters further in another street, on the second floor...

Nice spot close enough to the ancient sites, you can walk. Air conditioner didn't work, but the room was great and it has a smart tv you can login to. Breakfast/snacks all day in the common room. Rooms are nicely sound proof and you can't hear the outside.

Our experience with the hotel had ups and downs. The staff was really nice, the location of the hotel is excellent but there are some problems that could be fixed. I don't recommend the breakfast at all. It's really disappointing. The rooms are small, the bathrooms are tiny, the cleaning is ok.

Disappointing return to a facility where I had stayed about ten years ago and which had satisfied me. Unfortunately this time I can only give a negative review: very small double room, bathroom WITHOUT bidet (!!!) with a shower from which a trickle of water comes out (for those with long hair it is very annoying) at very low pressure, c 'it's just a narrow shelf where you can put your personal bathroom items, rust and limescale on the bathroom fixtures... no courtesy set. In the room there is a small desk (scratched and with chipped edges) with only one chair so in the morning to have breakfast, given that there is no dedicated room, if there are 2 of you you have to stand or have breakfast sitting on the bed with plate and cup in hand…. On one side of the bed there is a bedside table missing, the mobile phone and personal things placed on the floor are not good... there is also an electrical socket missing on one side and a lamp. Not to mention obviously the controlled lights which do not exist. Fairly noisy air conditioner. Poor breakfast, the savory part is missing but the kitchen is well organized for preparing coffee, milk and other hot drinks. Positive notes: the location, the well-served area and the owner who is readily available for any information. Let's say that for the service offered the price is really too high, €170 for a night in such a room is an exaggeration….

The room is very nice, modern and with interesting furnishing elements. Too bad I found some dust (on the bedside table and under the beds). Nice bathroom but again with flaws (the shower door didn't close). Nice, courteous and helpful staff. Breakfast absolutely MUST SEE! Few products and packaged, not to mention the fact that there is no common room where you can consume it at the table. I believe that the potential is there but until they decide to invest more in it it will not be able to aspire to high standards.

Excellent structure, comfortable and very clean room. Good breakfast. Staff present and helpful. Also recommended for its strategic position, close to the metro and bus stop but also convenient for getting around on foot!!

In a good position, on the Nomentana, near Porta Pia and a short distance from Termini, this is a good B & b. We stayed 2 nights in March. The entrance is an old building and the hall does not look very nice, but the rooms are refurbished and the double glazing insulates from the traffic of the street. The bathroom in our room was a bit small and lacked sufficient towel racks. Open wardrobe area. All in all it's not bad for small stays. Friendly owner and girl at reception
