The hotel management tried to downplay and cover up the damage; they did not want to offer us a letter of complaint nor did they provide us with any type of help to solve the incident. In fact, I didn't even want to call the police about what happened. We went to another place since the blinds and window in the room were broken, he insisted that we stay there with a room in terrible security conditions and what had just happened having happened. After reporting him and trying to reach an agreement with Alessandro, he treated us like frauds, accusing us of wanting to profit from the situation when the only thing we asked for was the letter of claims and the approximate value of everything stolen and the two lost nights, since they took practically all my partner's clothes, leaving the underwear he had already put on and what he was wearing at that moment and we had to spend €310 making an emergency reservation somewhere else. He sent us photos with his son, A MINOR, to try to do some type of emotional blackmail and called us bad people several times at the time we decided to take this whole case to trial. A disaster of management, a horrible experience, unsafe location, terrible professionalism in which many positive reviews are surely bought. Struttura comodissima perche' vicina alla stazione trastevere e comoda per l'areoporto di Fiumicino. Struttura accogliente e pulita, proprietario cortese e disponibile, rapporto qualita' prezzo elevato, felicissimo della scelta

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera fantastica, ringraziamo Alessandro per averci riservato l’attenzione di una camera bella e tecnologica. Ambiente pulito, caldo e confortevole, il personale sempre gentilissimo, tutto ciò ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile, non possiamo fare altro che raccomandare questa struttura. Grazie.

Bella esperienza con camera ampissima, perfetta per la nostra famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e silenziosa la camera colazione fai da te con merendine, succhi, latte, macchinetta del caffè e bollitore, ampio bagno tenuto bene con una bella doccia molto piacevole

Bella camera spaziosa e silenziosa, sonno tranquillo e letto supercomodo. Sono stato con la mia famiglia, eravamo in quattro e ci ritorneremo volentieri. Ci tengo a sottolineare anche che la colazione era abbondante e non con prodotti scadenti ma tutti di marche di qualità. Proprietario simpatico e super disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre necessità
