Domus Fabiola - Vaticano

I recently stayed at "Domus Fabiola Vacation Luxury B&B" and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory or luxury. First and foremost, the condition of the bed sheets in my room was bad and distressing. The sheets were visibly old, and worn, which not only affected the overall cleanliness but also left me feeling uncomfortable and itchy during the first few seconds of my stay. The state of the blanket on this bed was not only unhygienic but also deeply unsettling, "it felt like a blanket that was found on the streets, washed and reused" raising questions about the cleanliness standards of the entire establishment. Moreover, the safety concerns I encountered were alarming. The three-story building where this apartment room is located seemed poorly maintained and gave off an impression of negligence. The most distressing issue was the presence of an individual who appeared to be mentally unstable, wandering around the premises and kicking doors. this not only posed a direct threat to guest but also created an atmosphere of fear and discomfort. Its crucial for B&B's to maintain high hygiene standards especially when it comes to the linens provided to guests. Furthermore, I implore the management of Domus Fabiola Vacation Luxury B&B to address these issues urgently. upgrading the bedding to maintain basic hygiene standards and ensuring the safety of guests should be top priorities. Guests deserve a secure and comfortable environment during their stay, and my experience has unfortunately highlighted serious shortcomings in these aspects. I hope this feedback prompts immediate action and leads to positive changes in the overall quality and safety standards of Domus Fabiola Vacation Luxury B&B.

Very friendly operator and staff - lots of communication and help. I would certainly stay again

We stayed two nights and this was a great place. Close walk to a taxi stand and Vatican. A little far away from the main tourist attractions.

What a nice and Cosy B&B. We have spend one night there, but what a nice place in a decent neighbourhood near Vatican City. Good guidance by Sara and nice reception by her Staff. Modern and tastefull decorated room with super beds, good douches, airco and Wifi. Nearby bus 64 to go to station and/ or Colosseum. A couple of nice restaurants/ bars nearby. Excellent service. If I ever return to Rome; this is my place to stay.

Walking distance to the Vatican. Staff very helpful to send you recommendation to where to go. Breakfast excellent.

The workers were so kind. Irene checked me in and sent me an itinerary that I picked a few activities off of. And Oksana prepared the breakfast and coffee every morning, which made the trip a solid 10/10 alone. Thank you both for such a great experience!
