There are two types of check-in: self-check-in and front desk check-in. The front desk is not 24 hours a day. If the check-in time is outside the front desk working hours, self-check-in is required. You must provide a Spanish mobile phone number to receive the check-in code. After arriving, you can apply at the machine at the door of the apartment, otherwise you will not be able to enter. If you are not familiar with this type of operation, check-in will be very troublesome.
Service: I met two apartment managers who were very friendly. There is no Chinese service, mainly Spanish or English.
Facilities: The apartment has a very good environment and has three floors. The outdoor swimming pool and large terrace on the top floor have a good view. Swimming towels can be rented. The check-in experience was good, and red wine was given as a gift. The room was relatively new and the supporting facilities were very complete.
Environment: Resort-style, suitable for family or couple vacation. If you are visiting tourist attractions, it is recommended to stay in Ronda City, otherwise it will be quite expensive to take a taxi back and forth every day.

The staff here speaks English fluently and is very welcoming, the room is very hygienic, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is even beyond my expectations, the shower 🚿 water pressure is very high! VVivindyIt is a kind of haciënda quite far outside Ronda on a beautiful place! We had a room on the 2nd floor with private terrace. There is no lift. View of the beautiful glowing landscape with horses nearby. The swimming pool (unheated) is a bit away. Really a superbe location all together. Breakfast available for € 16 pp. You can also have dinner and a drink.
Check-in is only from 15.00. It was not possible before.
