From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Huanhuan greeted us with a warm smile and professional demeanor. Many five-star hotels may have lobby managers, but not Wyndham's butler service. Whether handling check-in, explaining the hotel facilities, or answering our questions about Xiongan New Area, she was unfailingly patient and attentive, making us feel instantly at home. Throughout our stay, Huanhuan provided weather updates, Xiongan tourist guides, and dinner reservations. Every detail was thoughtful and thoughtful, allowing us to experience the warmth of Wyndham's hospitality through Huanhuan, adding to the wonderful atmosphere that permeated the entire hotel during our Xiongan trip. This stay was impeccable, from the amenities to the service quality. The presence of Huanhuan, our butler, further added to the joy of our trip. Her sincere service and warm hospitality made us feel the unique charm of the Wyndham Xiongan New Area.

I chose Wyndham Xiongan Hotel during the Qingming Festival holiday. It has a good environment and good service. I am very satisfied with my stay. The beautiful manager Yang Huanhuan has a very good service attitude! The Elements all-day dining restaurant offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western buffet breakfasts and local specialties. It provides borderless cuisine and creative delicacies with local characteristics, as well as delicious seafood. Eating, drinking and having fun are elegant, and the color, fragrance and taste are unique. I was deeply impressed by Ellie at the hotel. She provided full service from the moment we entered the hotel. I would like to thank her for upgrading our room for free. She also personally delivered fruit to the room. She was worried that we would be tired from the journey and even offered a footbath bucket. It was touching and heart-warming. Finally After leaving the hotel, they also helped me mail the items I left behind. Thanks to Ellie's meticulous and considerate service during this trip, I had a perfect stay!
