There were some minor problems when checking in the room. During the waiting period, drinks and biscuits were given. The room was clean and tidy, and the supplies were complete. Every time I entered and exited the hotel, all services were provided. Everyone will greet you warmly. I must give Jack a thumbs up here. I forgot a piece of clothing in the room when I checked out. I called Jack to quickly find it and send it to me by express delivery. The matter was resolved within 5 minutes. Such efficiency and execution 👍👍👍, and it was also delivered. 1. When I went to catch up with the peak of the holiday, the room was confiscated. I said that I didn’t want the room on the edge of the elevator. I said it three times. When I had a room at the last three o’clock, I gave a room next to the elevator. The waiter may also be too busy. I can't remember anything.
2. There is nothing but accommodation, gym and the like.
3. I left the car number, but I was charged when I left the park, and I contacted the staff to refund the fee. The whole process was about a month away. It was really hard for 30 yuan.
4. The waiter's attitude is very general, and a man at the front desk should be the leader or manager. The attitude is still very good.
