The butlers also come very promptly and can solve the problems enthusiastically. The room was clean as well. It was a very satisfying accommodation experience.

This is my first time in Rongcheng. I didn’t expect to be so lucky to book such a great hotel. The floor heating is super warm. The room design is very fresh. Facing the sea is very romantic. The chef in the key restaurant cooks so well that you don’t have to go out to find a place to eat. It’s convenient, I must like it!

Third, after-sales service is not in place. Because the room was not replaced in time, we contacted Ctrip customer service online, and Ctrip customer service provided after-sales compensation. The store never communicated with our customers from beginning to end. Because of changing rooms, my friend left her makeup bag in the original room. She discovered it when she was putting on her makeup in the morning. Later, when we went to pick it up, the store told us to open the door and go to the original room to find it. Later, they told us that it was in the warehouse. Things left by guests should not be left in the first place. After handing it back, let’s talk about the room we changed. We originally had a twin room on the third floor, but we changed it to a room with a double bed in the basement. The experience was extremely bad! Moreover, there was a peculiar smell in the changed room, no snacks were provided, and there were water stains in the pot.

The room is semi-underground. The so-called first floor is semi-underground. It is damp and the room is small. It is close to the harbor, next to fishing boats, and the smell of diesel is very strong.
