首先這個評論是出於自願，並沒有好評換退費之類的，都是真情實感。因為去榮成公證處做業務，所以找了最近的酒店，我的要求就是設施齊全乾凈，但是這家酒店在同等價位超過了我的期望。
1，之前評論區看到有評論説設施老舊，我個人覺得這個設施老舊用裝修風格老舊比較合適，設施雖然有年頭，但是質量很好，不會影響居住體驗，這個裝修風格在十多年前真的是豪華酒店了，雖然和現代風全季風沒法比，但是性價比很高，而且有格力的中央空調，正好降温非常暖和。
2，衞生，在這個價位裏真的非常不錯的，之前南邊路口某酒店的評論區慘不忍睹，但是這裏的被子能聞到消毒水的味。大廳也有香氛，雖然比較淡。
3，服務，入住的時候前台工作人員雙手接證件，我還以為是個人素養高，但是退房的時候換了一個工作人員（這個長得挺好看），依然雙手接證件房卡，而且態度非常客氣，可見不僅是工作人員本身素養高，且酒店對員工培訓是下了心思，希望能給予應有的工作待遇和福利激勵。
4，位置，南邊成山大道五分鐘左右（我走的快）就有公交站（三環什麼站）。東面有個小農貿市場，有很多小吃，也有早餐，傍晚的時候當地人很多，很熱鬧。
設施因為的確不是全新的但也沒那麼差所以給4，5。其他的都是5分。
走的時候還把人家捲紙都拿了，（鼻炎誰懂😭）

超值、特別棒，房間又高又大乾淨衞生，前台入住辦理快，院子停車安全方便。有機會還會再來的。
隔音的話，門口、隔壁説啥能聽到一些，但是房客們都很有素質，晚上沒有躁音，所以完全不影響。

1，關於早餐，廚師沒上班，要送早餐，前台明知家庭房，孩子已經先進到大廳，第二天早上前台説沒注意到孩子，我可以提出加2份早餐的問題。我們在電話裏怎麼講的你自己心裏沒數麼，住宿當天晚上告訴我們衹有2份早餐，我們吃孩子看，還是孩子吃大人看？
2，4樓空調，中央空調説是一層衹能製冷，不能制熱，找前台讓維修人員上來，依然告知衹能製冷不能制熱，我説我要制熱，他讓我找老闆，我打電話找前台要老闆電話，告知我再找人看看，一看還是那個維修工，他不是讓我找老闆麼，最後怎麼又能制熱了？
3，去年入住過一次，感覺還是可以的，這次感受是真的很垃圾，這次的感受讓外地人寒心，服務態度極差，根本意識不到自己的錯誤。
4，退款，説要退我23元早餐，我們差23元餐費？？
5，建議攜程網使勁罰款，糾正他們的服務態度。

我是9.27-10.12號住208的客人。很抱歉，這麼晚才來評價。感謝宥家酒店給了我們一次愉快的旅行體驗。感謝前台的所有工作人員對我們提供的最優秀服務，酒店的員工訓練有素。每件事兒都做的非常的體貼，尤其照片上的這位小妹妹，從我們進店開始，有求必應，還給我們規劃了非常好的旅遊路線；感謝客房部的劉姐，做衞生盡職盡責，還幫助我們解決了很多旅行在外碰到的難題；感謝後台的兩位男士。有天因水温的事兒我找過前台，兩位先生很快就來幫我解決了問題。並且還送來兩罐兒飲料表示歉意，讓我非常感動。總之，山東榮城給我留下了特別特別美好的印象，宥家酒店的服務讓我們有了一種特別温馨的家外之家的體驗。再次感謝。小小建議:榮城臨海濕度大，遊客回到酒店會洗衣服。希望你們在你們停車場的西邊靠近欄桿處做一排晾衣桿兒，方便客人晾曬衣物。這邊通風較好；另外最好能準備一個微波爐供客人使用。謝謝！

五一期間價格比較實惠，也很安靜，性價比還可以，但是地毯很舊，有破洞，如果更換為地板則觀感會好很多；衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗手盆設計不太合理，洗手時候水很容易濺出來；淋浴頭漏水

首先服務當然沒的説，一家三口睡的大床房也可以，屋內乾淨整潔，早餐也是每日更新的。
這個店離海邊不是很遠，打車大該10塊錢。酒店可以提供海釣服務，雖然海釣不在榮成，但是可以提供很大的方便，個人比較喜歡海釣，海釣不僅僅是一項技術活動，更是一種身心的放鬆和享受。在大自然的懷抱中，人們可以找到內心的平靜和安寧。
停車場很大，就算現在7月旺季也是可以滿足的。有圖可以證明一切
一定要誇一誇這裏的保潔阿姨，因為中午我們回來了不好意思打擾我們，下午打掃是還特意進行道歉，温和和藹的阿姨啊，住了幾天這個阿姨説話態度非常好，打掃也是乾淨細緻，一定要贊👍🏻
