Yypl410The hotel is located on the shore of Sakura Lake, adjacent to Kowloon City, which integrates shopping, dining and entertainment. It is convenient for travel. The hotel staff is warm and considerate. When checking in, the front desk fairy gave us a free parking ticket. When we checked out, the front desk fairy gave us snacks. Seeing that there were elderly people traveling with us, she gave us warm mineral water.
It may not be the peak season, so breakfast needs to be improved. Thanks to Sister Wonton for her enthusiasm and responsiveness, which makes people feel at home, much better than Sister Steamed Dumplings and Buns.
The suite can accommodate four people, so the supporting items should also be corresponding, but there are only items for two people in the room. However, after the feedback, the housekeeping center solved the problem in a timely manner, and this speed must be praised.
There will be small flaws in the facilities and services. I hope that the opinions can be accepted and adjusted in time, so that more tourists can feel at home in the upcoming peak season, come with excitement, and return with satisfaction.

YYaowuyangweiMy child was feeding seagulls here in Bruweisk and missed the bus back to Weihai. I looked for accommodation on Ctrip and found this one has the best value for money. The boss and his wife are very young, warm and thoughtful. Seeing that I brought my child with me, they upgraded the room for free and took good care of me. They recommended the check-in attractions in detail and there were many things available in the free corner. It is right at the Chengshan bus stop, which is only 4 stops away from the attractions. Highly recommended! !

I asked again when I checked out the next day and said that I would send it down, but we were going to leave. When the welcome fruit was delivered, right? Of course, this is not particularly important. Second, the sign in the room said that you need a pillow to call. Okay, I called and asked. There is no latex pillow, no bathtub bag, no children's toothbrush, and nothing is needed. This should be the first time I have stayed in so many hotels. Third, the bathroom door can't be closed, let's watch the video for a while. Finally, the restaurant has a pitiful lack of food, and the breakfast is a mess. There is a small beach next to it, Malan Bay, which was still under construction when I went there. I picked up a lot of shells at night. However, these advantages are not enough to cover up the lack of service--First: Check in at 4 pm, there are clowns in the lobby blowing balloons for children, and our children also join the queue. It was a good thing, but after queuing for ten minutes, they were told that the time was up and asked the children not to queue up. The children in the queue behind were very disappointed, and the hotel did not take any remedial measures. Even if a small balloon was given to each person, the children would be very happy. There were five or six children in the queue behind, and they just dispersed. So speechless~~ Second: The front desk staff who checked in was cold and had a sullen face as if they owed her money. They neither informed the basic information such as breakfast time, restaurant and elevator location, nor informed the guests of the benefits of staying (the room booked had a bathing ticket, but the front desk staff did not mention it at all).
