"The hotel is relatively new, built in 2022, and is designed as a collection of buildings, each no more than four stories high, nestled among the tropical plants of Hainan at 18 degrees north latitude, with distant views of the sea. The rooms are also very stylish, making for a truly comfortable stay. You can participate in activities at the hotel or take a stroll along the beach nearby. There are two breakfast restaurants: one for Chinese breakfast and one for Western breakfast, so you can choose based on your preference or mood. The front desk staff, particularly a lovely lady named Quan Quan, was incredibly nice, patiently introducing the hotel and thoughtfully accommodating our requests. The hotel's Yu Restaurant cooks local Hainanese ingredients in a Cantonese style, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. We even left a phone at the Yu Restaurant during breakfast, and their staff kept it safe for us until we could retrieve it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit."

"There is no reception at the bottom of the building. The office that let us in also hires out electric scooters. There is a large golf cart that takes took us to the building that we were staying in. Loved the apartment as soon as we entered. Loved the views, facilities everything. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, air condition. They supplied everything and also washing liquid. The only downside was that my daughter received alot of bites around her ankle. We think it may be the base of the bed as she was wearing long pyjamas. She was the only one who got bitten it at that point of the trip. But otherwise, the place was beautiful and clean."

"1. The room environment was excellent. Right outside the door was the kids' pool, and my child had a blast. There were also toys in the room, keeping them thoroughly entertained. 2. The indoor heated pool was also fantastic and very clean. 3. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety, and my child ate very well. 4. The service attitude was superb; they even sent us fruit and cake, which was incredibly thoughtful. 5. My child also enjoyed making ice cream and coffee soap, which made them very happy. 6. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to take photos; that's a bit regrettable. Next time, we'll definitely arrive earlier and plan our time better. 7. The environment was lovely and had a great resort feel. We even watched the hotel's performance in the evening, making our stay very fulfilling. 8. We will definitely come back again."

"Sanya has a place I absolutely *must* visit every year, and that's Wanning. Wanning is a place I'd go to 10,000 times and still want to return! Le Meridien is also the hotel where our kids never want to leave, year after year... 🌴 **Stunning Public Areas & Soft Sandy Beach** Stepping into the lobby, you're immediately greeted by the azure sea, blue sky, and the island opposite 🏝️. The lobby bar is wonderfully cool, and they even arranged afternoon tea for us while we were checking in – who can resist such joy? 😄 We quickly changed into our swimwear and headed straight for a dip. The family rooms are super convenient, with direct access to the kids' pool. The 6000-meter private beach is uncrowded and picturesque, with fine, pristine white sand. The area around the Horizon Restaurant offers picture-perfect shots that need no filters! 😄 🌴 **Squirrel Farm 🐿️** An idyllic day living amidst nature! This farm, nestled between the blue sky, beach, and coconut groves, lets kids experience being a little farmer for a day. They can pick fresh vegetables to feed the small animals. There are adorable bunnies 🐰 that sweetly chase you for veggies, as well as pigeons, chickens, ducks, geese, and sheep who will spontaneously break into a lively 'concert' whenever they please. And of course, the stars of the show are the little squirrels scurrying above your head. It's a joyful day for the kids, and an enviable one for mom! 😂 🌴 **Beiye Planet Kids' Club** The kids' club at Le Meridien has become an old friend; we always enroll our children here. The indoor and outdoor activities are constantly varied. You can even paddleboard on the river next to the Squirrel Farm! If it rains, they have indoor crafting, whack-a-mole games, and an indoor playground – giving moms the perfect opportunity to snap some beautiful photos! 😄 🌴 **Sea Adventures** We pretty much experienced all the sea activities here that we didn't get to do in Sanya: sailing ⛵️, banana boating, family snorkeling, and speedboat rides 🚤. It’s truly not hot out on the sea, just filled with happy screams! Since all these are hotel-organized activities, we felt completely at ease. Snorkeling was a new experience for us, taking place near Jiajing Island. We got to see corals 🪸 and small fish up close, and even feed them. The accompanying instructor will take photos for you 📷. My advice: don't bring anything along, as it'll likely get lost. Wear long-sleeved and long-legged swimwear 😄. 🌴 **Hidden Gem ~ Crabbing Expedition 🦀** After our beach BBQ one evening, we were fortunate enough to catch a pink sunset, and my little photographer brother captured some truly 'life-defining' photos for me. Spurred on, our crabbing squad set off! Armed with headlamps, we shone them on the little sand crabs on the beach, and they'd freeze. A mineral water bottle works best for catching them. Dad found a fantastic spot where crabs seemed to 'drift' over like pieces in a connect-the-dots game! From around 9-10 PM, there's an area next to the river where we paddleboarded during the day, specifically near the reef and the beach in front of the Squirrel Farm. Perhaps due to the high tide, crabs floated in one by one. Prepare a net, or just use thick gloves to grab them. Don't ask me how I know – everyone here becomes an expert! 😂 🌴 **Dining at Le Meridien** During our stay, we dined at the Chinese restaurant, Horizon Restaurant, and enjoyed the beach BBQ buffet. All were excellent and perfectly suited for families, especially the beach BBQ buffet. With a live singer and a stunning sunset, the atmosphere was truly magical! How should I sum it up? My son asked me very earnestly: “Mom, can I please stay a few more days? I still want to play!”"

"We had booked a Deluxe King Room. Upon arrival, I chatted with a friendly young man at the front desk and asked if an upgrade was possible. To our delight, he upgraded us for free to a top-floor sea-view room with an excellent view. This alone already made our day! On our last day, our flight, originally scheduled for just after 6 PM, was delayed until past 10 PM. I reached out to our butler, Coco, hoping to extend our check-out to 5 PM, and she graciously granted us a complimentary late check-out! I've stayed in countless hotels, but the latest I've ever managed to extend check-out is 3 PM. This was absolutely phenomenal – a million thanks and kudos to Coco! Regarding the food, breakfast was decent, but dinner at the Sunset Bar was truly excellent, especially the roasted suckling pig. I'd highly recommend going during prime dinner hours though; if you go too late, some dishes might get a bit cold and lose their optimal flavor. However, you can still appreciate the quality. On Qixi Festival (Chinese Valentine's Day), they even decorated the tables with roses, and I deeply regretted arriving late that evening! Despite that, it was still great value and a worthwhile experience. Overall, the Sheraton Shenzhou Peninsula delivered a flawless, five-star experience. I'd absolutely love to return and experience it again in the future. Highly recommended! And seriously, make sure to find Coco – she's an absolute gem!"

"Glad I booked this room. The easy pool access was the highlight. We felt like we got a villa for a cheap price. The room and the pool were very clean. The service could have been better though. Like the afternoon tea at the lobby. We requested it to be delivered in the room but it was not allowed so we need to get it at the lobby. Second was the room service. There were many dishes that were not available in the menu and the staff made a mistake twice with our order. It took us an hour or so before we can finally eat our dinner. Overall, we would still want to stay here again."

"Check in counter service in the evening fell below expectations for a property such as Sheraton. It was understaffed with only one Mr Peter at the front desk to handle guest queries & guest check in between 8-9pm. Only after that did I see 2 other staff coming in to station at front desk. Mr Peter's service was also lacklustre although he did give us a late check out due to event road closure closing entry and exit to the peninsula up to 1.30pm. The hotel has seen better days. Fixtures and fittings are worn & dated. Cleanliness is ok, buffet breakfast was ok too. However parking is outdoors and sheltered parking is payable even for hotel guests apparently. Location is towards the quieter end of the peninsula."

"The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right on the beachfront. From the room's balcony, you have a breathtaking, expansive view of the ocean. The room itself is cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could ask for, and the bedding is wonderfully soft and comfortable. The staff, especially the gentlemen, provided excellent service. After checking in, I immediately decided to extend my stay for another night. This hotel is definitely worth recommending!"

"I specifically chose this newly opened hotel for my surfing trip! The hotel has comprehensive and modern facilities, an unbeatable sea view, and the service staff is excellent! It also boasts one of the most advanced artificial wave pools in China! I could go down to the wave pool right from my room every day, and the instructors were very professional and patient! Thank you for giving me a wonderful travel experience!"

"The room had a noticeable musty smell, and it felt quite humid, which is understandable given its beachfront location. The bedding also felt a bit damp. Unfortunately, a cloud obscured the sunrise view. The facilities were adequate, and it's a guesthouse situated within a villa complex. Its proximity to the sea is fantastic, and it's very conveniently located near Shenzhou Peninsula. The on-demand shuttle service was prompt, and the staff were very friendly. Overall, this is truly an ocean-view room that offers excellent value for money."
