"Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The view from the window was expansive, and I was gently awakened by the morning sun. The front desk staff, Mia and Paul, were incredibly warm and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and even kindly recommending local eateries. The hotel's location is super convenient, within walking distance to the subway station, with plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again for my next trip. Highly recommended! ❤️❤️"

"This is a fantastic hotel, highly recommended! It's in a great location, a well-established hotel in Zhongshan. The exterior is grand, and the interior decor is classic and elegant. The night view of Qijiang River outside the hotel is beautiful, and Qijiang Park is nearby, perfect for a stroll or enjoying the scenery. The staff are all very attentive, warm, and thoughtful, resolving issues quickly. The room decor is also excellent, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. Upon entering the hotel, the grand lobby with its water feature immediately catches your eye. They offer a variety of cuisines, including Chinese and Western, with authentic flavors – I really enjoyed it. Plus, there's a direct bus to Hong Kong right downstairs, making travel very convenient."

"A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language."

"A very pleasant stay starting with a very warm welcome from the Front desk CS manager, William Qiu. Impressive friendliness towards guests. One of my consideration to book the same hotel for next visit. On top of that, the room is clean and bedding is comfortable. The view is nice too. Breakfast is indeed okay with variety. Gym room is well equipped and clean. Enjoyed it!"

"The experience at Zhongshan Hot Spring was absolutely fantastic! As soon as I arrived, a doorman helped with my luggage. The front desk service was excellent, and they were able to accommodate my floor request. The room facilities were complete, and the view from the balcony was truly beautiful; it was incredibly relaxing to vacation here. The Western restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of food, and the ingredients were very fresh. You could soak in natural hot springs right opposite the room, with many different-sized pools to choose from, and the staff provided attentive service throughout. When checking out, I left some clothes behind, and the front desk kindly reminded me. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is exceptionally convenient—getting around the city was quick and effortless. The room was spacious, tastefully furnished, and most importantly, impeccably clean. What truly stood out was the staff: every team member I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit."

"If you're looking for a quiet place to sleep and not much else, this hotel might do the job—but don't expect anything memorable. The hotel felt a bit lifeless during our stay, with little going on inside and even less to explore in the surrounding area. It’s not ideal for those hoping to immerse themselves in the local scene or enjoy lively hotel amenities. Breakfast was average at best, with a limited selection and barely any other guests around, which made the dining area feel oddly empty and uninspired. There was a lack of energy overall, and the atmosphere bordered on dull. While the rooms were fine for resting, we found ourselves wishing we had booked somewhere with a bit more personality and better location perks. Probably wouldn’t return unless we had a very specific reason to be in that area."

"I rarely visit this area, preferring Qingyuan and Yingde for their beautiful natural scenery, hot springs, and excellent dining. This time, I chose Zhongshan primarily to meet friends. I checked in past 3 PM, and there were many people, not checking in but attending a private event. My original room booking was in a courtyard next to the parking lot. The manager kindly upgraded me to a twin room, which I accepted as the event venue was right behind my original room, and I wanted to avoid the noise. However, the room wasn't ready until after 4 PM. During the wait, the manager offered longans and tea. The most enthusiastic person in the entire place was the lady with glasses. My original courtyard room, priced at over 700, was on the first floor of a building. The upgraded 900+ family twin room was a prefabricated structure; the whole house vibrated when you walked around. I can't imagine what would happen if children ran and jumped. The bath towels had stains, and there were hairs from the previous guest on the bathroom wall. The shower water wasn't very hot. The lounge chair felt like something from Taobao, not a major brand, and the mattress and linens were quite ordinary. I also found it unusual that the panel lights stayed on all night. For dinner, the 235 braised duck with pig skin was just average; the three-year-old duck wasn't very fragrant. The wontons were essentially chive and pork dumplings with wonton wrappers, and there was too little meat. At 100 per person, it wasn't good value for money. When staying in a high-priced B&B, I expect peace and privacy. The open-access swimming pool with many people and the smell of bleach didn't meet my expectations. This place might indeed be more suitable for families. With the opening of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge, prices have increased due to more visitors from Hong Kong and Macau, making it less cost-effective."

"The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always patiently answering my questions. Whenever I visit Sanxiang, I always stay at Zhongshan Mingzuo Holiday Hotel. I also recommend it to my friends visiting Sanxiang, telling them they *must* experience the service and comfortable environment there. Haha, I've stayed there at least eight times, if not ten, over the past three years, so I didn't bother taking pictures this time. (^_^)"
