"It’s really a good choice to stay in this hotel . We book 2 rooms . Great views from level 17 . Indeed breathtaking views. Feeling absolutely great to wake up with the sunrise view . Glad that front desk customer service able to speak English and mandarin which is really helpful .
But we were surprise that we were actually being charge when we use the toothbrush that was send daily to our room . Isn’t it suppose to be free ? After many stays in other hotel this is quite surprising for us . If hotel wanna charge us maybe should let us know when we check in to the hotel .
Also we notice room 1769 bathroom lights is flickering."
