I had a very pleasant stay at Twin Towers Hotel, Bangkok. The location is great – just a short ride to popular attractions like MBK Center, Siam Paragon, and Chinatown, making it easy to explore the city. The lobby and facilities are spacious, giving a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere right from the start.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, perfect for a relaxing rest after a day in the city. The staff were professional and very helpful, always providing assistance with a smile. I also enjoyed the pool and fitness center, which were well maintained and added extra value to the stay.
Overall, Twin Towers Hotel offers great comfort, convenient location, and excellent service at a reasonable price. I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok and would definitely stay here again."

"I chose this hotel because of its location - arrive straight from Suvarnabhumi airport via Airport Rail Link (ARL), no need to take taxi or shuttle bus/coach.
For city centre, we can also take BTS Sukhumvit line at the nearby Phaya Thai station.
Breakfast here is great with so many choices and varieties. This is one of my favourite breakfast apart from the one at The Peninsula.
Room is clean and tidy and overall services are outstanding and IMHO in par with some well-known 6-star hotels.
Only complaints: No conditioner inside room or provided when requested, they only provide something called “conditioning shampoo” instead of separate shampoo and conditioner…….
Highly recommended for people looking for a convenient, value-for-money, genuine 5-star hotel at the city centre of Bangkok!"

"The 5 star rating - is misleading.
The hotel is old, room decor dated and worn, amenities very basic and the warmest service are from the guys taking care of your luggage.
Bathroom finishes are shoddy and no frills.
What was nice in the room (deluxe room w/ bunk bed), the beds (especially bunk bed) are generously sized.
We could even fit two kids on a single tier.
Aircon was horribly loud, I got annoyed by the fans everytime they kick in to maintain the preset temperature.
TV is old and we could only access the preset channels. wifi was unstable. We had to call for assistance to use the TV as there were no instructions.
The allotted room was located in the north tower, not the main tower. There was no secure access required which can be a good thing or a bad thing for some.
Notwithstanding all these, the location of the hotel is one of the best with easy access to platinum, central world and the skywalk.
Will not return to stay."

"The hotel was not quite what I was expecting. The location is alright, a little far away from the Grand Palace. Roughly about a 40 minute drive via taxi. The hotel rooms are too noisy as there is a door that leads to the room next door which allows a lot of noise to come through. The hotel rooms do not have a typical door as one would expect. The door is a sliding door which doesn’t feel private. The air conditioning unit is also very noisy even on the lowest fan speed. The breakfast is fine. Your choices are eggs, chicken, noodles, fruit, cereal, toast and coffee."

"Perfect base for Bangkok exploring. Literally right on the BTS line and can get you anywhere in the city. We got a great price on our room, it was clean and the rooftop pool was great for a morning swim and sunbathing before sightseeing. The breakfast was varied and catered for everyone. Clean and well replenished. Lobby is gorgeous. Was everything I expected for a short stay in the city. Only negative was that we had booked a city view and got a courtyard pool view but it turned out to be quiet because there was no traffic noise. Spot on for price point and location."

"Excellent BTS Access: The hotel is directly connected to the Phra Khanong BTS station via a walkway. This is an absolute game-changer in Bangkok's traffic. Getting to Sukhumvit, Siam, or Silom was incredibly easy and cheap.
Vibrant and Fun Design: True to the IBIS Styles brand, the hotel is bursting with color and quirky, playful artwork. It's not a bland, boring box – it has personality, which makes for a cheerful and memorable stay.
Surprisingly Good Breakfast: The included breakfast had a great variety for a hotel in this category. There was a mix of Western (eggs, sausages, pastries) and Thai options, along with a good coffee machine. It was perfect for fueling up before a day of exploration.
Great Value: For the price point, the combination of location, design, and included breakfast is very hard to beat. You get a lot more character andconvenience than at other budget chains. The great view and the bar near swimming pool make us chill.
