"I would like to share my experience during my stay . Overall, the cleanliness and restaurant service were good; however, I faced an unacceptable situation at the health club.
On my first day using the health club — which was included free with my room booking — I was informed that the allowed time was thirty minutes. After spending about ten minutes in the sauna and steam room, I proceeded to the Turkish bath. Shortly after I entered, the staff asked me to leave because another ”preferred guest” wanted to use it, even though I had entered with their approval and according to the schedule.
I refused to leave since I had entered before that guest, but then the health club manager came and repeated the same request, stating that the other guest gives them tips. I had no choice but to leave the place while I was still wet and very upset about their unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.
I immediately went to the reception desk to file a complaint, but I was surprised to learn that the hotel management had no authority over the health club. No apology or compensation was offered for the incident, which left me with a very negative impression of the service and guest treatment."
