Good quality hotel. Spacious rooms, large pool with mats and slides and very good food in the dining room. We got the typical room in a corner of the hotel facing outside, but it didn't bother us since it was big, clean and pretty. Since we spent the whole day doing activities we didn't care much at first until... I don't know why we still don't have a clothesline on the terrace, forcing me to hang on the terrace railing and the towels and swimsuits falling onto the street. But that's not the bad thing. The WORST thing is that EVERY DAY AT 8:30 hotel workers meet to have coffee, smoke and talk right under the terrace, waking us up every day (image attached). It has been a horror, imagine going on vacation and not being able to rest. Another thing to improve is the ANIMATION. They play common games with children and adults, which means that more than 50 people play at the same time. Many times these games are in small facilities without people being able to sit... and they give diplomas as prizes. In similar hotels in the area they give 1 drink and diploma (coke, beer...)
