This was the worst place I've stayed at. We show up to check in and out of all the staff there not one said hello or welcome. The entire place looked run down and there was a lot of construction happening. The parking area was very limited and tight, it smelled like sewer and spray paint.They told us if we wanted a room with AC we would need to pay an additional $45.We said fine.They gave us a key not a key card, We go up to the room 5th floor, no AC, sheets are stained, no refrigerator (i need one for medication) windows are filthy and the door knob giggles!We ask for a refund, they refused, so we had no choice but to stay there.The man at the front desk said that we didn't want AC so that's why we got that room but we had said yes. So we paid the $45 extra for the AC and asked if there was a refrigerator in that room he said no but he'd have someone take one up.This time it was the 6th floor and we got a key card, room was simple, this time the beds were clean but the shower was a bit dirty and there was not one single outlet in that room.They did bring up a mini fridge but after it being plugged in for 30 min it was barely cold.We were over it at this point so we left to get dinner.We got back around 9:45 pm, we wanted to watch some TV but there was no remote. I call front desk 10pm and he said he'd send someone to take one.15 min later no remote.I call back, mind you there is no phone in the room so I'm using my cell, and there's is no answer.10 calls later still no remot
