Right from the moment we arrived, the front desk rep Michael was amazing! He greeted us with smiles and very welcoming. He was very professional and willing to help with anything and did mention a great place to eat since we came from Glenwood Colorado and he was right the Buffet was DELICIOUS! Thank you so much Michael, your guest service is amazing! Also I knew I've seen him before but he kept saying he's never been to Colorado! But Mr. Michael if you read this my son remembers you lol your the guy from the movie Star Wars! I knew it! I can say I met a celebrity :) from my all time favorite movies. For you Michael you are the best and you deserve two thumbs way up!

I have written about this hotel chain various time before and I will continue to do so only because they are the Best Hotel Chain. I look at them as a business partner because of them taking care of me I’m able to do what I need to with my clientele and that to me is worth more than anything else. In business you are only as good as you are able to keep your clients happy and Hilton makes it super easy for me to keep my clients very happy. Very convenient, the front desk can speak Chinese, and the service attitude is enthusiastic. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is really good. One of the big sisters at the front desk recommended me many places to go around. The people are very friendly and praise.

Since I personally like to drive myself, I attach great importance to the parking issue, so I will choose parking that is convenient and free. The most important thing is safety! The room is clean and tidy, and quite quiet! There are omelettes for breakfast! The room service aunt is super enthusiastic and heartwarming! worth!

Didn't think this would actually be good and comfortable. Had a king bed room, it was spacious, big, and even had a seperate room like design for the kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, and a stove). Although by the road, didn't hear a sound once the windows are closed and AC turned on. Stayed for 4 nights, had housekeeping come in everyday to clean. The only drawback- breakfast. it's a small check-in lobby, and is served with coffee and small food item, hopefully will get better.

Great location, walking distance to Shoppes at Montebello. The hotel smells fresh when you walk in but my particular room had issues with the a/c and the room had some sort of wet smell. NO HOUSEKEEPING UNLESS REQUESTED. I was not expecting that, I was busy with work and came back to the same towels in the corner where I left them for the housekeeper. They have a business center and the rooms have balconies/patios and views of the hills. I would stay again because I love Marriott hotels.
