Great gem of a hotel with a wonderful host and innkeeper. The rooms were clean, quiet and roomy. The breakfast was wonderful, very attentive and accomodating to all of our needs. The dinner and wines were delicious. The museum and grounds were a pleasant little surprise.

Beautiful old mansion with historical surprises: large comfortable rooms, forest setting, with large wellness area for sauna, relaxation, yoga and massage. A short visit to the The Chapel and the freemason's museum are a must see while staying at the Schloss. A Lovely breakfast was included. We ate dinner at the Schloss and were treated to local fish on top of a most flavorful lemon risotto- one of the best meals on our trip

This castle hotel is totally surrounded by greenery and is very well suited for relaxation. There are great hiking trails. The rooms are tastefully furnished. We stayed at this hotel for the second time this year for three days. The food in the restaurant was super tasty. It's just a pity that there is no jacuzzi in the wellness area, the saunas are very nice and the wellness area was only designed.

It was a very nice 3-day stay at the Schlosshotel Rosenau. It was very quiet as there are fewer guests during the week. The room was tasteful, you view wide and beautiful. Dinner was included in the booked package. I recommend booking the packages directly from the website! Great outdoor area with natural pool and adjacent forest areas! I will gladly come again!

Wanted to spend a few days in one of the suites with my wife and tried to phone to inquire on 10/23/2022 later afternoon/early evening. Friendly young man on the phone who unfortunately couldn't provide any information (which of the suites was still available for the requested period), but said I would be called back the next day (October 24th) by a competent person (my phone number will be sent). I said I'd rather be informed by email and left my email address (was double checked); that became binding for 24.10. promised. 10/24/2022: no attempt at contact by the hotel, i.e. neither by phone nor by email... 10/25/2022 6:15 p.m.: so far also nothing... Conclusion: a hotel whose phone is manned by an uninformed person is really sad ; but if promises are not kept then, one can probably only conclude from this that, in addition to bad behavior, there is also a pronounced lack of interest in new guests. Conclusion: disappointing, but apparently you don't need it...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen! Das familiäre Ambiente schafft eine wunderbare Wohlfühlatmosphäre, die ideal ist, um sich bestens zu erholen. Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar mit einem Upgrade des Hotelzimmers überrascht – eine tolle Geste! Das Essen war hervorragend und hat unseren Urlaub perfekt abgerundet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Schönes Reiseziel für Paare! Sind angekommen und haben mal mit der Wirtin angestoßen auf der Terrasse. Dann konnten wir auch schon das Zimmer beziehen, wo man durch den Schloss Innenhof gehen musste. Das Zimmer war eine Suite, sehr großes Zimmer und großes Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. „Leider fehlte eine Klimaanlage“ aber es stand ein Ventilator drin. Das Candle Light Dinner hat leider nicht meinen Erwartungen entsprochen, der Tisch war gleich dekoriert wie am Abend zuvor und Kerzen waren auch keine da, und’s Menü war die Woche dasselbe.. das Essen war sehr gut, und das Frühstücksbuffet hatte auch alles was das Herz begehrt. Wellness Bereich Sauna war TOP, sauber und gepflegt, mit Wasser und kleinen Snacks ausgestattet. Wenn man dahin fährt hat man seine Ruhe denn da gibt es Nix aus Wälder. Die Chefin hat auch selber eine Bikekarte gemacht, darüber waren wir sehr froh!!! Schönes ruhiges Hotel zum runterkommen.
