Не рекомендую этот отель. 1. В номере не работал кондиционер. На улице была температура 30 градусов, в номере 34. Я специально померяла. Попыталась поменять номер, но администратор общалась просто по хамски. Ей было абсолютно все равно на нашу проблему. Она никак не собиралась ее решать. При этом пытались общаться с ней максимально вежливо. Также она объявила, что свободных номеров нет. Но в отеле кроме нас никого не было, а вечером заселялись другие посетители. На просьбу о возврате, она заявила, что удержит половину суммы, т.к. мы были в номера два часа, и нужно производить уборку. Эти два часа мы ожидали мастера по ремонту кондиционеров, который в итоге не смог прийти. Сотрудница абсолютно некомпетентна. Такой персонал очень сильно портит имидж отеля. Никому не желаю попасть в такую ситуацию с маленьким ребенком. 2. Брали отель ради бассейна, чтобы развлечь маленького ребенка. Как оказалось, в бассейне отсутствуют зонтики, и нет никакой тени. А те пару штук, которые имеются - находятся в неисправном состоянии. Учитывайте это, если выбираете отель ради бассейна. Также на территорию бассейна ничего нельзя проносить. Если вышли один раз, то уже не зайдёте повторно.

Отель находится на трассе, очень близко от жд и автобусных вокзалов в Ростове, до кремля минут 10 пешком. Сам отель и его территория, пожалуй, лучшее место после Кремля. Очень уютно, чисто, доброжелательный персонал, удобные кровати, симпатичные номера. Но самое большое впечатление произвёл ресторан с восхитительной кухней " Щучий двор'. Блюда одно лучше другого, вкусные, большие порции, но самое главное, хочется ещё специально приехать, чтобы ещё раз все поесть! Надо сказать, я очень привередлива, влюбилась ресторане нахожу минусы, но здесь все было на высоте: уха из щуки, восхитительный картофельный штрудель с сочными рыбными котлетами из щуки, кулебяка с луковый вареньем, винегрет по старинном рецепту, сельдь залом. Фотки получились хуже, чем все выглядит. Но это место надо обязательно посетить, если будете в Ростове или будете его проезжать.

Доброго времени суток, пришлось посетить данный отель! Все по порядку). Ехал с другом с Москвы в Сургут август 2022! Как всегда ехали до поздней ночи! Примерно где то в 00:30 подъехали к данному месту! Встретила нас девушка довольно приятной внешности ( не сонная как это бывает). Хотели снять номер чтобы было две раздельные кровати, но увы в это время все было занято! Администратор ( как оказалось ее зовут Сабина ) предложила нам хостел ( честно сказать никогда не жил), я даже слово не успел сказать, как она сразу меня повела показывать душ и сан.узел! После этого я даже номер не пошёл смотреть, а сразу вернулся в машину за вещами! Чистота идеальная, постель белоснежная, для детей имеются кроватки. Хотели выехать в 5 утра, но Сабина ( администратор ) уговорила нас остаться и позавтракать у них). В ресторане предложили два варианта ( комплекса) завтрака! В итоге все вкусно, приготовили быстро, официант все принёс, убрал т д. Спасибо поварам ( запеканка супер), официанту и конечно же Сабине), если буду мимо ехать обязательно заеду ещё!
