The B&B is 17 min drive away from the airport, which is perfect for a quick sleep.
Does need a bit of TLC, but it's still ok. Cleanliness is not the best. Before we arrived the squirted duck down on the toilet,but then there was dust in room since last year.

A last minute booking and fairly good location outside Edinburgh by train amd short walk.
Breakfast included in Price sometimes.
Spacious room and shared bathroom, usual for guesthouse.
Some confusion over room allocation and phone number wasn’t correct on trip site !!

Everything is amazing Rooms are so clean,I had a very Good experience of this place ,and this place is very comfortable and peaceful it’s very near to Edinburgh ,and the boy is very helpful and caring I think so his name is Zorain, so I wana tell everyone please visits this place
