De nuevo nos sentimos mi esposa ,mi hija y nietos y un servidor,como en casa en todos los sentidos. Gracias a su dueño Vicente que como siempre fue todo amabilidad al facilitarnos nuestra estancia en su hotel. Gracias también a todo el personal que nos atendió, Dulce, Belinda ,Provi, Jesús, Ángel y Santiago. Quiero felicitar especialmente a Pepe un cocinero de diez especialmente en la cocina casera . También gracias a las camareras de habitación al mando de Inés. Un abrazo para todos.

We like the check-in and automatic door opening system by code, the only stick that the email to do it sent it that day, q we were on the journey and we didn't see until arrival and we couldn't do it before arrival, but at the right time

Visiting friends in the region and we stayed here on recommendation. Rooms are large, clean and full of light. Staff are super friendly and the location means you can hit the beach or retreat to the pool when it gets too hot. All restaurants are walking distance. It should be noted it is a $EU60 trip from the airport. We also had a sea facing room but were sharing a balcony with the room next door and could hear them when they were awake and could smell all their cigarette smoke too. Apart from this we couldn't fault this place.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean everywhere, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly, the buffet was amazing with a huge fresh variety every morning. Location is perfect, two steps and you’re on the beach! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and I have done already.

Very nice resort, especially for families with young children. The lifeguards rolled out a big inflatable pool slide one afternoon and every day they rolled out a floating “carpet” that ran into the water so the kids could challenge each other with running on it. Lots of fun and a great attitude from the staff. Food was good and we had breakfast with our rental. We ate lunch and dinner once on property - it was a good buffet but somewhat pricey. For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.

The hotel is fabulous (although it is winter), with active animations and other functions as if it was summer. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, but the dinners of 10. I missed to be a few more days to enjoy 100%.

We arrived for the GP Spain jerez 2023 of Moto GP. The reservation was from Friday 28 to Monday 01, but for schedules we paid almost 1 day for nothing, because we arrived at 2am on Saturday and we went to 4am on Monday. We requested a picnic to compensate for Monday's breakfast, but no one picked us up the phone during Sunday being outside the hotel (we told us we would warn), because after many attempts it was impossible. The young receptionist could only give us a ”sorry” solution. Cleaner 10, friendly attention but it lacked that detail to compensate a little with the client for bad time compatible with the hotel.
