The location is perfect, right near the old town walls, making it easy to explore. The rooms are cozy. The staff are welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Rothenburg!

The front desk and breakfast were all satisfactory. The free parking space in front of the door is very convenient, which can add a lot of points. The rooms on the second floor are great, but the roof on the third floor is low, as shown in the picture, this is a flaw.

Is this a century-old store? It must be a century-old black shop! The room is arranged on the top floor, but why can't it be arranged on the side with the elevator? Instead, arrange for the other side without an elevator, forget it! The toilet in the room can only be used in the small one, not the large one, because the workers got off work after 5 o'clock when we arrived. The hotel's solution is that if you want a large size, you can use the toilet in the lobby, but the waiter only goes to work from 9 am to 8 pm. The rest of the time it's locked, which means I can't go to the toilet at night. I asked the waiter how to solve it and he told me that you can figure it out yourself😡

Just outside the old city gate, it takes about 10 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, and it is also close to the largest supermarket in the town. The hotel service is very good, the room is quite large, the facilities are complete, and compared to other hotels in Rothenburg, it is generally newer, and the price is quite reasonable.
